Shiori's Pov Early in the morning, I'm walking through the Hyuga compound, on my way to the hospital
"Hey Shiori" a Hyuga waves to me
"Hi" I smile
"Nice to see you" says another
"You too" I say
"You look amazing as always" says another
"Why thank you" I curtsy and continue walking
People greets me as I walk, even as I leave the compound
"Hey Shiori!" a familiar face waves at me
When I saw who she's with, I smile. It's a group of some of my close friends back in the academy, the guys are some of my admirers. Ino and I use to hang out with them
"Hi you guys" I smile
"Wanna hang out with us? It's been a while" once of the guys say
"Sorry I can't" I say
"It's alright. I guess you are busy with training and Sasuke" one of the girls say
"*Giggle* Let's hang out some other time" I say
"Yeah sure" one of the guys say
"You promised" one of the girls say
I nod
"I'm going to visit Sasuke, see you guys" I wave and start walking again
"Say hi to Sasuke for us!" the girls squeals as the boys grunts
I'm taking a detour and go to the top of the Hokage Monument looking around the village
I catch sight of Sakura, going to the direction of the hospital
'She must be planning to visit Sasuke'
I feel my chest tighten a little
"Why is my chest hurting? I've been feeling this pain ever since the second part of the Chunin Exams. What is this feeling?" I ask myself in a whisper
"Jealousy maybe. Or could it be anxiety? Doubt, even" someone says behind me
My eyes widen from the sound of the familiar voice
I instantly turn around. And sure enough, Mister Orochimaru is there, smirking at me
"What do you want?" I ask seriously as I hold out a kunai at him
