Shiori's Pov
"That's more like it" Sakura smiles

My stomach hurts. Like it's twisting into a knot

'Thanks to Sakura, Sasuke pulled himself together. No thanks to me. My word didn't even do anything. And I'm Sasuke's girlfriend, his encouragement. So why? What's this feeling? Now my chest is hurting. Is this... Jealousy? No. Impossible. I've never been jealous of Sakura before. No. Snap out of it Shiori. You're in a battle field'

I clench my fist as I stare at Sasuke, who's in front of me

Sasuke's Pov
"Shiori" I call

"..."

"Shiori" I call again

"Huh?" she looks at me

'What's wrong with her?'

"I need you to go to Sakura. Let me handle this" I tell her

Shiori nods and leaves

'All I cared about was surviving in order to defeat my brother. What a fool I've been. I see the truth now. Naruto, Sakura, Shiori. If I haven't the courage to face this demon, how can I ever hope to face him?'

I run towards the grass Ninja. She uses a Wind Jutsu and I dodge it

I throw my kunai at her but she dodges it in return

"Ahh!" I jump off the tree and kick her arms

We continue fighting using Taijutsu, avoiding each others' attacks

She runs in an incredible speed

'I can see'

She brings a vine down. I jump out of the way

'I can see. Fire Style. Fireball Jutsu!'

I do it again. Then the flames disappears

She goes on top of a branch and starts making her way to me. I jump back

And she uses a Wind Style Jutsu again. I counter, grabbing her waist. We start falling down, her head towards the ground

She comes in contact with a tree and shakes violently. The tree cracks

I jump back as she starts turning into mud

"Substitution" I say

I'm being hit with several kunai knives, causing me to jump off the edge of the branch and use strings to seeing myself around the huge tree and land safely on another branch

I look behind me and turn back. She punches me on my face and continues to punch me multiple times, and I fall on the ground

"What a disappointment you turned out to be. Your ancestors weep. The Uchiha Clan should thank me for killing you. Silly little worm" the Grass Ninja says

I open my eyes as the bombs go off. I jump away and throw s bunch of shurikens at the strings behind her

I start controlling the strings, making them swing around, cutting a tree in the process. And the strings wraps around her, pinning her to the tree

Shiori's Pov
I take out some strings out of my dress pocket. I hold the end of the string and throw the rest up

The string goes over a tree branch and lands back on my hand. I jump off the branch I'm on
