SHIORI'S POV
We're standing in front of Kakashi Sensei, who's standing in front of the the door we're supposed to go in
"Glad you came Sakura, for your sake and the others" days Kakashi Sensei
"Huh?"--Sakura
"Now you can all formally register for the Chunin Exam" says Kakashi Sensei
"Why? What do you mean?" Sakura asks
"You see, only groups of three are aloud to apply for and take the exam. That's the way it's always been" Kakashi Sensei replies
"But Sensei. We've been a group of four from the beginning" I point out
"And Sensei. You said the decision to take the exam was up to the individual" Sakura adds
"That's right. I did"
"Was that a lie?" Sakura asks
"Sort of. It is an individual decision, but it affects all of you. I didn't tell you before, because I don't want the other guys pressuring you. At the same time, I didn't want you feeling obliged to participate, because if any feelings you might have for Sasuke. Shiori. Or Naruto. I wanted you to come to a decision of your own free will" he tells us
"Wait a minute. Does that mean that if the others had shown, but I decided not to come with them"--Sakura
"It wouldn't be the end of the line for them since we'd still have three members. Exceptions are not usually made for number of members. But since like Shiori said, you've been a group of four since day one. I manage to talk them into letting you guys participate as a group of four. It's better this way so there's no need to choose between you" he explains
"Sakura, Naruto, Shiori, and Sasuke. I'm proud of you. Couldn't ask for a better team. Good luck" Kakashi Sensei says as he moves aside from the doors
The four of us walk forward
"We won't let you down Sensei! Believe it!" Naruto yells
Sasuke and I open the doors and we all head inside
SAKURA'S POV
"Wha-what's this?" Naruto looks around the room
Sasuke glares at the other ninjas and I look worried as I look around. Shiori on the other hand is smiling, and starts politely rejecting the confessions of the ninjas who walks towards her to confess
"You're really pretty miss" says a ninja from the Sand Village
"Why thank you" Shiori smiles
"Hi, remember me? I'm a senior who confessed to you before" says a ninja from the Leaf Village
"I'm sorry. There's so many people who confess to me everyday" Shiori smiles apologetically
"It's alright"
"Can I ask you out?" says a ninja from the Rain Village
"Sorry, I have a boyfriend and I'm not interested in anybody else but him" Shiori smiles
'Gee. I forgot how popular Shiori is'
"Shiori" Sasuke calls
"Coming" Shiori waves goodbye to her admirers and walks back to Sasuke's side
My worry overpowers my jealousy
There are ninjas from every village. Sitting and standing in front of us. It looks like we're the last team to arrive
"Gee. I guess we're not alone" I gulp
'Man. I had no idea there would be so much competition. If being scary looking is one of the test, they got me beat *Gulp*'
