They throw up
"Don't eat so much if you're gonna puke it up!" Sakura says
"Sakura's right Sasuke. There's no point in eating if you'll throw it all up" I tell him with slightly furrowed brows

"Still. It's gross" I say as I cover my mouth with a handkerchief in disgust

"Honestly Sasuke. You know I love you but that kind of behavior is not acceptable in my book. You and I both belong to Noble Clans and both have strict parents, our manners should always be in check.
