-Elisabeth:
Okay okay okay, chemistry makes me cry

-Nick:
Oh God, what'd it do to you?

-Nick:
I haven't taken chemistry since high school

-Elisabeth:
My professor is recapping our unit before the midterm

-Elisabeth:
She totally hates me by the way

-Nick:
WHY??

-Nick:
I'll sue her

-Elisabeth:
I'm pretty sure my TA is a law student

-Elisabeth:
BUT THE POINT IS she's yelling at me for not understanding her stupid ass assignment

-Elisabeth:
I hate college almost as much as I hate talking to your dry-texting ass

-Nick:
Yes, hello? 911? I'd like to report a hate crime. Yeah. It's bad.

-Elisabeth:
I don't think that's considered a hate crime

-Nick:
WELL I HATED IT

-Elisabeth:
Wait, you like the office?

-Elisabeth:
Marry me right now, loser

I put my phone away and tried to concentrate on the lesson. Nick and I had been talking for the last week on and off. Our conversations weren't boring, but they weren't amazing. I think it was because we both seemed awkward and didn't really know how to talk to each other.

But he was one of the only guys to not immediately ask for nudes, so I decided to give him a chance. I mean, we certainly had a lot in common. He played violin when he was younger, I played piano. We both lived in Texas, we were both in school for computer science. I thought that bit was interesting. Maybe it's fate.

I had yet to give him my number. I think it was partially paranoia or fear of getting doxxed. I definitely wanted to get to know him better, but I have no idea how conversations work. Could I just start sending memes? Or would he block me for that?

I turned my attention back to the lesson. I wondered if he was also worrying about what to say. I couldn't help it. I pulled my phone out.

-Nick:
Please give me your detailed and descript opinion on pandas.

-Elisabeth:
Is this part of the marriage process?

-Elisabeth:
Well, to start, I don't like their fingers. What kind of psychotic animal has six fingers.

-Nick:
Don't disrespect them!! THEY WORKED HARD FOR THOSE FINGERS

-Elisabeth:
WHY DO THEY HAVE SIX FINGERS??

-Elisabeth:
Okay okay anyways, I think panda's are very scary animals.
