Y/N'S POV

BEEP BEEP BEEP

With as much force as I can muster I smash the alarm clock into bits, the parts flying all over the room as I spring out of bed.

Y/N: "Today's the start of 5 weeks of no school, yeeeeee!" I cry out excitedly as I get dressed.

Once I was dressed I checked my scroll for any messages, unfortunately, I didn't get any. I was deciding on whether I should go to the cafeteria or-

Knock Knock

Weird, nobody usually comes to my dorm this early...

I opened the door and get met by a very happy-looking Rose, before I can even greet her she hugs me tightly.

Ruby: "Good morning Y/N, yesterday you said you finished the book I lent you."

Y/N: "Oh yea, one second." I said as I got it from the nightstand.

Ruby had lent me a book about weapon designs as I was interested, I might not be as much of an expert on the topic as she was but I still had a bit of a passion for it.

Y/N: "Here you go." I give it to her.

Ruby: "Thanks, if you want we could hang out an-Oh! Yang is calling me, come if you want to hang out Y/N!" She calls out as she takes her scroll out and starts sprinting back to her dorm.

Well, that was certainly an interesting and cute way to start the day, better than any other morning I've ever had...

Hmmm, what should I do today? I could hang out with somebody, but who?

Ruby has offered to hang out, though maybe Yang calling her means she isn't available anymore. I could maybe hang out with Weiss, ever since we got to know each other through studying together we have become good friends, she might be interested in doing something together.

I continue to ponder about it as I walk along the halls, I was soo caught up in my own thoughts that I walked straight into someone!

???: "Oh sorry!" She said.

Y/N: "No no, it was my fault, sorry ma'am." I replied.

???: "No problem, have a nice day."

Y/N: "Y-Yeah." I responded as I watched her walk away.

I had never seen her before, she had pale blonde hair, dashing blue eyes, and she wore what looked like a hybrid between a dress and a suit. She was really cute, I wonder what her personality is like...

Y/N: "Maybe today is gonna be more interesting than I thought..."
