"How are you... flying?" Riven's voice was filled with caution as Elmira lowered herself to the ground, her wings subsequently disappearing in the process. "That's an excellent question lover boy - one of which I don't have an answer for so can we get going? I only got into this situation looking for you." The ice fairy blurted out causing the boy's eyebrows to raise in shock as he interrupted her rambling. "Wait a minute, you were looking for me?" The blonde girl rolled her eyes as she walked closer to the boy, her hands resting solely on her hips before she spoke. "Well obviously. I'm not cold-hearted enough where I'd actually leave you to die tonight." Riven subconsciously took a step forward at the girl's words, a smug look replacing the original one of worry and shock.

"I knew you still loved me." A scoff escaped the lips of the ice fairy as she crossed her arms in front of her chest. "Please, I never said I loved you, I said I wasn't going to let you die." Riven's hands moved forward slowly as he rested them on the small of Elmira's back - in turn pulling her against his chest with a swift movement. "Just shut up." He smirked as his lips connected with her own before she could protest.

Shock ran through the blonde girl's body as she tried to fight the sparks flying through her veins but there was no use, giving in to the kiss the ice fairy rested her hand on the boy's cheek to deepen their connection for a brief moment. She couldn't help but smile as her heartbeat picked up just from his touch, his hands holding her close in fear that when they pulled away she would vanish. The two stayed like that for only two minutes but for the both of them it felt like a lifetime, their moment of giving in too temptation confirmed the fact they were made for one another.

"As much as I enjoyed that we really need to get going." Elmira breathed out, her forehead resting against Riven's as they caught their breath. "Fuck I missed you." The boy whispered back, pecking her on the lips quickly before taking her hand and running out the door, the pair pausing momentarily to ensure the coast was clear. "This way!" The ice fairy commanded, her feet taking them towards the greenhouse located a block away from their previous position. Screams bounced through the halls once again as more Burned Ones made their way onto Alfea grounds, the thought terrified the blonde girl as doubt and distrust plagued her mind, the fear she wouldn't be able to transform and protect the boy she loved if needed was overbearing.

Riven's mind raced with confusion as he triple-checked their surroundings, he didn't know where they were going and he was curious as to why they were running in the opposite direction to where the action was occurring - neither of them being ones to turn down a fight. The pair were brought back to reality as they entered the doors of the green house: Riven spotting Beatrix unconscious on the table in some kind of trance caused both hurt and fury to spread through his body. "Dane? What the hell is going on here?" Shining a torch - one Elmira was unaware he was holding - onto Beatrix's face, the second year awaited an answer. "She triggered a trap in Dowling's office. Some kind of paralyzation thing. I got her back here, but I... I don't know what to do."
