Elmira dressed in a rather preppy outfit the morning after the interrogation of her boyfriend: a tartan blue skirt, white turtleneck and a blue leather jacket paired with silver jewelry, a black belt and a mini black bag helped the blonde remain calm. She knew she was losing control of everything and yet one of the most important things on her mind was presenting herself in a fashionable manner too her peers.

The blonde girl knew it was superficial, but she also knew if she could keep up the illusion that her life was perfect, and she remained unbothered throughout the chaos then her classmates would view her as just that - perfect and unbothered.

The ice fairy had avoided her best friend that morning, choosing to leave the suite before Beatrix woke up ensured she did just that. The pair had fought before, hell they had gone over a month not speaking too each other before Alfea when Beatrix discovered Elmira had slept with her ex-boyfriend. The duo only repaired their friendship when they swore to never go after the same boy again - at least, alone. This fight felt different for the blonde though, she was angrier than she'd ever been with Beatrix and yet she seemed to have nothing to say to her at the same time.

Rosalind's idea of a personal bodyguard remained in place, as Elmira exited the suite, she was greeted by none other than her ex-girlfriend leaning against the wall opposite her with her arms crossed.

"Up early this morning El?". Tahmina voiced, an echo of tiredness appeared in her voice, but it was just that - an echo. To an outsider you wouldn't have been able to tell the redhead had been stationed outside the fairy's suite the entire night. "Just trying to avoid you." The ice fairy sassed, beginning to walk down towards the main hall of Alfea where she knew her boyfriend was setting up for the Alumni Banquet that evening.

"Well, unluckily for you Rosalind was quite strict on my duties. Unless otherwise accompanied by herself I can't let you leave my sight... It's certainly not how I imagined my Alfea experience I'll tell you that much." The redhead shared, mumbling the last sentence underneath her breath as she let her usual stoic guard drop slightly. "You and me both. I thought I was coming to the school to learn how to control my powers, instead I ended up being Rosalind's plaything and had my relationships destroyed."

As Elmira spoke, she caught herself feeling shocked at just how honest she was being in front of Tahmina. She knew her ex's parents were loyal supporters of her headmistress, Tahmina had proven herself to be one also, and speaking out of line about the older woman almost certainly guaranteed some kind of punishment if she were to find out.

"I always imagined we would reconnect. I just didn't think I'd have to literally be glued to your side when it happened." The specialist spoke, choosing not to ask her ex anything further regarding the headmistress as they neared the common areas of the school. "I never thought I'd see you again after what happened." Elmira replied, laughing softly under her breath as she thought back to a few years prior when the pair had split up in the first place. "I mean you literally tried to sleep with Beatrix despite the fact she was with your brother."
