"Oh boy genius" Penelope sang as she walked through the doors of the bullpen

"Yes Garcia" he looked up from his paperwork with a smile on his face, Spencer had felt like he was glowing, there was something about Y/n that just filled him with so much joy

"We are going out for drinks tonight and you are still coming, correct?" she walked in front of his desk

"Yes I owe you from all the times I skipped out" he nodded and fiddled with the pen in his hands

"You could even invite that girl you have been spending a lot of your time with" Penelope twirled her fluffy pink pen in her hands

"Sure" Spencer agreed

"Wait really?" Penelope knew it was a stretch, she didn't actually Spencer would agree "Alright I'm excited"

Spencer watched Garcia basically skip away back into her office. Spencer got up and walked towards the break room, he pulled out his phone and began to dial Y/n's number, it rang for a brief moment before he heard her voice "Hey Genius"

"Hey Y/n" Spencer opened the top cabinet to pull out a coffee mug "Whatcha doing"

"Nothing just enjoying this book you left for me to read" Spencer already imagined her leaning against the counter, standing because she was already bored of sitting on the couch. "The magical mathematics of quantum physics" she playfully mocked

"Hey it was just a suggestion" he laughed as he poured some coffee into his mug and began to pour an abnormal amount of sugar into his coffee

Y/n heard the clinking in the background "Are you making yourself some sugar with a dash of coffee?" she joked

"Very funny Y/n" he poked his tongue out his mouth as he carefully put the pot of coffee back in its place "You know how my friends want to meet you"

"Yeah"

"Well if you would like to meet them as well, they invited you for drinks tonight" Spencer began to sip on his coffee and turned to lean against the kitchen counter

"I would love to meet them"

"Great" he hummed "You can meet me at my place if you want"

"Sure"

"937 hoover street apt.23 around 7" Spencer mumbled into the phone

"Great I'll see you tonight," Y/n said with a cheery voice

"See you" he smiled and hung up the phone, he had realized that she had never been to his place. They always hung out at the store or occasionally go back to her place. He even stayed the night, the two of them would wake up wrapped in each other's arms. He smiled to himself while he sipped on his coffee remembering his kiss with Y/n last night. He remembered the way her eyes sparkled under the moonlight and the way her soft skin felt against his hand. Kissing her felt sweet and her lips were soft. God he felt like teen with a newly formed crush.

"Why does it look like you just held hands with a girl for the first time" Spencer turned to face the doorway and found Luke walking in

"Oh it's nothing" he muttered and finished up his coffee

"It's about that girl isn't it" Luke walked over to the mini-fridge and pulled out a cold sub

"N-no" he scoffed and placed his mug in the sink

"Alright" Luke gave in "I'll let it slide but eventually Garcia will pry all the information out of you, might as well start talking"

"She is coming tonight alright" Spencer washed his mug "No need to pry information out of me"
