Part 47 - Male MTF Reader x SCP-4000

Your POV:
Me and Mark have been sent for a mission to SCP-4000, also known as "Taboo". Our mission was simple - Get inside, take samples of plants inside the SCP and get out without losing our identity. To prevent that, we were not allowed to use any names, code names or even titles during our conversations and possible encounters of beings inside the SCP-4000. Instead of that, we were obligated to create long descriptions of an object without saying its name, which could be comparable to writing an essay in school with a required amount of words.

I wasn't a regular person. I have lived multiple lifes already and experienced more than anyone else. Foundation knew about that but kept it as a secret because I was a useful MTF for them and had a vast knowledge about the past and SCPs.

Having done the ritual, we have entered SCP-4000 and left through a well, which would be the beginning of our path.

Mark: It is me. We have left the... uhm... How the fuck do I say this?

You: ...

I took the radio from him and spoke to the commander:

You: We have left the construction which is containing the liquid made out of hydrogen and oxygen, where should we go?

Commander: Go in the direction of your sense of sight, and do not go in the direction of your backs.

You: Understood.

We have went forward and saw a vast collection of plants outside the path. Mark took the radio and said:

Mark: We see a lot of organisms which are made out of cells containing chlorophyll.

Commander: Describe them.

Mark: Well... They look differently than what we are used to see, but I could try to describe them. One of them looks like a...

Commander: Like what?

Mark: ... I have no idea how to describe a colour without saying its name! And what the hell is this shape?

You: What did you have from your English lessons?

Mark: I barely passed it...

I facepalmed and took the radio from him again.

You: The organism is mainly made out of colour which can be compared to phenolphthalein dropped to a base solution while its appearance can be described as straight lines containing a  rhombicosidodecahedron with more convex walls at the end of them.

Commander: Describe others too, but try to make your descriptions more clear, please.

You: Another interesting plant looks similiar to a fruit which as many people believe shall not be put on another type of food, however it has a colour of a cloudless sky during the time of last hours of daily rotation of our planet while the ball of heat is still visible. One more, which is worth noticing, ...

Commander: Enough, just collect samples and bring them to us.

We did as he said and went back on the path, because it would bring us back to the well, which was the only way out of this place. During our journey, we have met many creatures, and during one of our conversations with them Mark almost said my name, which would end in a disaster.

When we returned to the place where we began, we saw a bunny man sitting on the well and waiting for us.
