Your POV:
I have entered the castle and kneeled before the royality. They have been rulling this place since this planet was created, and nobody dared to oppose them. However, they were good rulers, and thanks to them we were able to survive the hardest moments on Earth. The king looked at me and told me to get up.

King: Mrs Y/N, we are grateful for your loyality to us, and that's why we have chosen you for this mission.

You: I will gladly fulfill your orders, your majesty.

King: Excellent. As you already know, many years ago we told your brother Jglaoth to leave our world and investigate the surface. Sadly, we haven't received any information from him for over 50 years. We have been waiting, but he didn't come.

You: Do you think, that he is dead...?

King: I doubt this, he was one of the strongest and most adaptive warriors we had. We believe, that he betrayed us to live alone. We want you to find him and bring him to us, where he will be punished for his betrayal.

You: B-But your majesty... My brother would never betray our kingdom, something bad must have happened!

King: That is my second theory. We have received an information from him, that
there is an inteligent spiece living on the surface and from what we know, they are very hostile, even to each other.

You: D-Do you think that they...

King: No... They definitely didn't kill him, unless...

You: Unless...?

King: Unless they somehow managed to change the polarisation of atoms and change their electrical values. This was the only thing he couldn't resist and adapt to during our tests.

You: So, I am supposed to find my brother and bring him back?

King: If he is alive, then yes. If not, then come back to us and tell me about that.

You: Understood.

King: Go to the exit and tell the guardian those words: Cor tenebris, lumen est cordis. Cordis mortis, et vivet cor. This is a password. After you say it, he will let you pass. Now go and find your brother.

You: I will do that your majesty.

I left the castle and approached the exit. I told the guardian those words and he allowed me to exit out world.

I was going through corridors of a long, underground cave, which was protecting us. Pressure was changing with every kilometer and mile I have travelled, but it wasn't a problem. However, it took me few hours to leave the cave and enter the surface.

I have looked around and saw concrete buildings around me, and few creatures aiming at me with something.

Lieutenant: Another instance of SCP-682 has left from the cave, what should we do commander?!

Commander: Keep an eye on it, this instance is way smaller than the one we contain, but it doesn't mean, that it is not dangerous. If it tries to attack us, you can attack it with everything we have.

I looked at them and realised, that they are warriors, even though they were at least 10 times smaller than me. Suddenly, they have brought somebody looking like them, but in am orange suit instead of a blue armor.

Commander: D-48023, please approach SCP-682-2 for testing and try to communicate with it.

D-48023: But cannot you use electronic devices for that?

Commander: We could, but we want to check if this shit will attack you.

You: D-Did you just call me a shit?!
