👥 Scenario - When MC Needs A Breather | 2K Special! 3 of 12 👥

A/N: This might be shorter than what I usually type. One of the biggest reasons I'm slower in updating is because I pressure myself into thinking I need to type longer stories to make it worth reading. I end up spending hours just typing. Perhaps too much lol. Then spend even more time editing. #nosleepgang 

Sometimes, short and sweet can be fun too. I want to be able to get my ideas out there and not stress myself out too much. So sorry if this one is a bit disappointing because of it's shorter length. :(

Summary: MC looks like they could use a breather, so one of the brothers insists they take a break to enjoy and relax themselves.

Lucifer

Lucifer walked towards you and lifted his hand. "Y/N, sit with me by the fire?" His dark eyes became gentle, encouraging you to accept his request. 

"But, I-" You still had so much you needed to do yet and you wanted to get as much done as possible. 

Lucifer shook his head. "Leave it for another time. You deserve a break every once in a while as well." 

Sighing, you nodded and placed your hand in his ungloved one. He grasped your hand and smiled relieved. Lucifer lead you away and you followed along beside him. You ended up in front of the study. Lucifer opened the door and motioned for you to enter first. You bowed your head in thanks and walked in quietly. 

Lucifer closed the door behind you and placed his hand at the small of your back. He walked you towards one of the chairs and you sat down. You noticed some candles were lit around the room as well. A calming aroma reached your nostrils. Lucifer set up his record and played some gentle music. There were two glasses on the coffee table. Lucifer worked on filling up the glasses with a drink you both enjoyed. 

You listened to the logs crackling from the fire. You felt it's relaxing warmth and smiled to yourself. The room was nice and quiet. Overall, a comforting space to just reflect. Lucifer handed your drink to you and you thanked him. You drank from it and let out a small sigh. He then sat beside you in the accompanying chair.

"This is nice isn't it?" You turned towards Lucifer who gazed at you with his half-lidded dark eyes. 

"Yes, it is. The study's a nice place to escape to." You nodded and smiled as you continued to drink.

"Feel free to come here whenever you like. I wouldn't mind the company." He gave you a closed-eyed smile.

"I'll be sure to do that. Thanks Lucifer." 

The two of you had a pleasant conversation, holding hands and drinking together. Enjoying each other's company in peace and quiet. 

Mammon 

"Y/N! Let's go walkin'. You and me." Mammon wrapped his arms around your shoulders from behind and leaned over to face you. He beamed at you, his sapphire eyes excited.

"Um..right now?" You raised a brow.

"Yeah right now! Hurry let's go!" He begged and leaned his head on yours, rocking you side to side in his eagerness.

"Mammon.." You groaned.

"Why ya gotta be so stubborn huh?" Mammon ignored your protesting and grabbed your hand racing out the House of Lamentation.
