Third Person POV

"Alright," Race claps his hands together. "Who's-"

"I'm team Captain!" Buttons and Romeo shout in unison.

"Race is on my team!" Romeo shouts before Buttons could.

Buttons glares at him.

Romeo sticks his tongue out.

"Then," Buttons thinks for a moment. "I get Jack!"

Race shares an amused look with Jack.

Race jokingly grabs his arm. "Jacky! Save me!" He dramatizes, using dramatic facial expressions. "We've been claimed to different teams!"

"I know!" Jack exclaims. "It's horrible!"

They pretend to be dragged away from each other.

Buttons and Romeo roll their eyes.

"We have all been stuck as Theatre kids for way too long." Boots mutters, rubbing the temples of his forehead.

"Okay," Race chuckles. "What's our team color?" He asks.

"Blue." Romeo decides.

"Purple." Buttons answers for his team.

Race nods. "Light or dark?" He asks, grabbing the bracelets.

They had a lot of colors.

They played a lot and usually wanted to choose different colors, so they had a lot of colors so they could do that.

"Light." Romeo and Buttons answer in unison.

"Can we purposefully split up couples?" Crutchie asks from the sidelines. "It's fun, and we should also probably split Mike and Ike up."

Buttons and Romeo nod.

"Nooo!" Ike exclaims. "Micheal!" He dramatically grabs his twin.

"I know!" Mike falls back against him dramatically. "It's horrible!" He dramatizes.

"Wayy too long." Knobs tells Boots.

Boots nods.

The others, including Mike and Ike, laugh.

The twins help each other up, still laughing.

After a few minutes, they figured out the teams.

They each had a colored bracelet based on their team color.

Blue team -
Romeo (Captain), Race, Elmer, Albert, Mike, Henry, Mush, Knobs, and Tommy boy

Purple team -
Buttons (Captain), Finch, JoJo, Blink, Specs, Jack, Ike, Boots, and Spot

"Piece of advice, Racer," Ike starts from where he was pitching.
