Chapter 14- Kellys Breakdown...

It's a few days later and Kelly hasn't been eating or going to work. He's not been sleeping and hasn't showered in 3 days. He's not left Harper's side and Dawson has been taking care of the kids
"Auntie Gabby?" Aria asks
"What's up paramedic?" Dawson says
"Where's my mummy and daddy?" Aria asks
"Daddy!" Devin shouts
"Mama!" The twins say
"Well uncle Boden has asked them to do something for the firetruck! And they have to go on a secret mission to get the parts!" Gabby says enthusiastically
"Okay! My mum is the coolest!" Aria says before running off to play
Gabby walks over to Matt
"She needs to wake up! Those kids will be nothing without her! They adore her!" Gabby says
"So will Kelly! Have you seen him recently he's on the verge of a breakdown" Casey says
"Auntie Gabby! Come play!" Aria shouts as gabby walks into the room
*At the hospital*
Boden has come to visit Harper
"Hey Kelly!" Boden says as he walks in
But Kelly doesn't respond in fact he doesn't even take his eyes off Harper
"How is she?" Boden asks
"Doctors don't think she will survive without the ventilator" Kelly says not taking his eyes off of Harper
"She's a fighter Kelly! She will pull through!" Boden says reassuringly
Again Kelly doesn't say anything
"Why don't you go home? Get some rest?" Boden says
"Fine! Call me if anything happens!" Kelly says
Kelly gets in his car but doesn't drive home. He drives to the nearest bar that isn't mollys. He sits down at the bar
"What can I get you sir?" The bartender says looking a little worried from Kelly's appearance
"Neat scotch! And keep them coming" Kelly says as the bartender starts to make his drinks
7 drinks later the bartender refuses to serve him so Kelly wanders out. Kelly leaves his CFD card on the table and the bartender calls the firehouse as he is a little concerned about Kelly. Boden sends Casey to look for him. Kelly has been walking around for a while now when he ends up on a bridge over looking the water. He slides down the metal poles and just breaks down in tears. Casey spots him and runs over
"She's not gonna make it is she?" Kelly says whilst sobbing
"What's given you that idea?" Casey says sliding down next to him
"The doctors can't give me an answer about when she's gonna get better! I need her Casey!" Kelly says
"I know! But she's gonna pull through!" Casey says before Kelly interrupts him
"Because she's a fighter? I've heard that a million times today! What if she can't fight this one? And it's all my fault for not checking that she came out! What if I had gotten there sooner?" Kelly says with tears rolling down his face
"We both know it would have been the same outcome either way!" Casey says as Kelly's phone starts to ring
"It's the hospital!" Kelly says slightly worried before he answers it....
