Chapter 26- Safe and Sound

Casey jumps out of the truck and runs over followed by Dawson
"Paul over there has a nasty laceration to his right leg! We applied pressure for as long as he could! He hasn't lost consciousness at all! Over there we have David! Who's heart stopped! We administered a round of epi and his heart started back up again! He hasn't lost consciousness since then!" Harper says
"Got it!" Dawson says as they run over and start to treat the victims
"Trust you two to get into an accident on your day off!" Casey says as he walks over with Boden
"Yeah well! Maybe days off just aren't for us!" Harper says laughing
"Come on! Let's get you home!" Casey says as they jump into their trucks
They arrive home a short while later and find the kids running around with Benny
"Mummy!" Aria says jumping into Harper's arms
"Hey honey!" Harper says giving aria a hug
"Come play!" Aria says jumping down
"Excuse me missy! It's bedtime!" Harper says smiling
"No!" Aria says trying to hide her smile
"Oh well! I guess I'll just have to tickle it out of you!" Harper says running over to aria and ticking her
"No! Mummy stop! Okay! I'll go to bed!" Aria says whilst uncontrollably laughing
"I knew that would work! Now come on!" Harper says putting her hand out
Harper and Kelly put the kids to bed and collapse onto the couch
"What a day!" Harper says resting her head on Kelly's shoulder
"You can say that again!" Kelly says slowly closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep
It's the next morning and Harper is getting the kids ready for school. They have just finished eating breakfast. Harper woke up not feeling too great
"Okay Aria! Let mum do your hair!" Harper shouts
"Okay mummy!" Aria says as she sits down in front of Harper
"What do you want today?" Harper asks
"A ponytail with a bow!" Aria says
"Okay!" Harper says as she starts to do arias hair
Harper heads out the door and drops the kids off and then heads to work. She arrives and is feeling worse than this morning. She walks in to see Cruz making eggs. She takes one look at them and feels the urge to throw up. She runs to the bathroom and Kelly runs after her. She throws up and Kelly holds her hair back
"Ugh!" Harper says wiping her mouth
"Feel any better?" Kelly asks
"Yeah!" Harper says faking a smile
Kelly walks out and Dawson walks in
"Tell me the last time you were that sick!" Dawson says
"When I was pregnant with" Harper says slowly realising
"Oh my god!" Harper says shocked
"What if your pregnant?" Dawson says enthusiastically
"I'm not! I can't be!" Harper says as Dawson hands her a test
"Take it just in case!" Dawson says as Harper goes into the stall
She pees on the stick and leaves it on the bathroom counter next to the sink facing down.
"I can't be Gabby! I have 4 kids already!" Harper says as the timer goes off on her phone
She turns the test over....
