Chapter 15: I'll help him

Sarada’s POV

Boruto’s personality is different. It’s not him at all. Now I know something is controlling him and I would like to help him. I wonder if he means it ... What he said about Shizu… But I won't think about it now.

I have to prepare for that trip. I'll ask my mom if she would buy me a swimsuit. Maybe Boruto will like it… Wait, no! I don’t care what he will think of it! Suddenly, I met Shizu. She goes to another school but lives in the same town.

"Shizu, is that you?"

"Oh, Sarada-chan! It’s nice to see you again!"

"I feel the same way… What are you doing here?"

"Well, in fact, I wanted to meet Boruto-kun and tell him about my feelings. It’s all right if he rejects me, I just want to know his true feelings…"

"It’s just nice to see you so enthusiastic as always. You were sad that night. I couldn't enjoy the evening without you being happy. You know you are my only friend..."

"And I can’t believe that such an amazing girl doesn’t have other friends! But those selfish people don't deserve you!" Shizu goes to a special private school. It was her dream, but her classmates don't like her much. Mainly because she's different from them. She is kind and shy, but I like that about her.

"T-thank you, Sarada-chan. You and Boruto are the only ones so kind to me… Now maybe only you."

"Don’t worry, I will do everything to bring Boruto back to normal!" She nodded. We had a journey together, and then we said goodbye. I want to talk to my Papa about this. I came home. I put down my backpack and washed my hands and face. Unlike other girls, I don't wear make up. I don't want to pretend and lie to others. Plus, I don't like the girls. All girls are beautiful as they are. But I respect that.

"Sarada, are you home?"

"Papa!"

"Good, I just wanted to say goodbye."

"Huh?"

"Me and Naruto have some plans. We need to prepare ahead and keep it a secret. I’m sorry."

"But Papa! You just came!" He came closer to me.

"I’m sorry, Sarada, maybe next time." And then he tapped my forehead.

"Then tell me something about Boruto at least!"

"Boruto?"

"Something is controlling him and I know you know what."

"You are smarter and smarter. It’s the love potion. Eida put it on her lips and that kiss activated it."

"I knew it! That damn woman is behind it! How can I help him?"

"Uhh, I don’t know…" I frowned at him.

"Fine, you have to kiss him! But no way in hell I will allow this! Just let Boruto be with that Eida, it will be for the best!"

"Kiss?" Kiss… I never thought about it. Only a kiss can help him…

"I shouldn’t tell you!" he muttered.

"Thank you, Papa! Now I can finally help Boruto!"

"Huh? Like I would let that happen!"

"Oh, goodbye, Papa. You have some business, right? I shouldn’t slow you down."

"Right…" He left. It’s not just Boruto. He hates all the boys I’m talking to. But he should understand it’s my life, not his. But a kiss… Why this?! Why can’t I just slap him or something?!
