"No one likes you," I said, flicking his forehead.

"Sure."

I got up, as Leo smirked at me, his eyes trailing down my body. I gave him a look and he smiled as I flipped him off. Loser.

Walking into the bathroom I shut the door looking at myself in the mirror with a small smile. What a difference some months with the right person can make.

My fingers traced the hickeys starting on my necks traveling down to my thighs that have yet to fully go away.

It took me so long to feel comfortable in my body after that one night, it took me even longer to convince myself it wasn't my fault, it took years.

That night wasn't the last time it happened, it happened two more times after that, before they moved. I never told anyone, I didn't want people to look at me differently. Well I tried telling one person, but they shut me down before I could finish.

It isn't easy by any means. I went to one of the support groups a while after, I never said anything I just sat and listened. It still helped to know other people felt the same way I did.

I eventually started going out more testing the waters, I even slept with a few people. It helped for whatever reason; I think it was because I was in control of my body during the interactions.

Tying my hair up and doing my business I shot myself one last grin in the mirror before going back out. As I laid back down with Leo his arms wrapped around me, "I love you," he mumbled into my hair.

"Most people do."

He hummed as I smiled, "I love you too Lee"

I traced shapes onto his arm, "I'm really glad I pushed aside my self respect to call you first, establishing dominance early on."

"Fuck off."

"More like fuck you," I said, "get it cause we-" he flipped me around slowly kissing me.

I smiled at him pulling away, laying my head on his chest.

"Do you have work today?"

He sighed, "Yeah."

"When?"

"Not till eight."
