I sat next to Leo on our back porch thinking back to all the time we've spent together to be here in this very moment.

Both of us now old but still in love. 

Leo's hand covered mine as I leaned my head on his shoulder as we watched the sunrise together as we always do.

If I could say one thing about my experience with Leonardo Rossi I would say it's been a trip.

It all worked out though, he's still a loveable person.

"Is this actually necessary Lee?"

He rolled his eyes at me, "Yes they need to be prepared."

"They look like that one panda guy," I said, holding back a laugh as they all looked at me.

"Like from Kung Fu Panda?" Ryder asked.

"Yes," I nodded making Sofia laugh.

"I got kidnapped once," I told them, "best free vacation of my life."

"You got kidnapped?"

"Yeah," I shrugged, "just daily life of me."

"Mom," Sofia said, "I can't tell if you're serious or not."

I looked over at Leo who smiled at me, "I am."

"Is the story of how you met dad true too?"

"Yes, it is," I smiled, "if I haven't saved him from getting hit by that train he would've died."

"Belle," Leo shook his head as he went to speak I held up my hand silencing him.

"It happened."

"Whatever you say, Amore."

Leo went back to teaching Sofia and Ryder how to defend themselves as I ate pretzels watching.

Family bonding.

I'm basically an expert parent, yeah I'm their favorite and everything.
