tay raeken was something special, both metaphorically and literally. she wasn't human and she definitely wasn't a regular supernatural creature, not like the ones in the same pack as her.
she was a fairy.
she didn't know all of her abilities and she didn't know how to use most of the ones she already had. according to deaton, she just hasn't gotten there yet and to be patient.
tay was more than fucking patient.
she really wanted a pause with the supernatural side of life and to just live her junior year like a regular person - even if she wasn't a regular person. she wanted to do it for the friends she lost and the family she lost.
so that was exactly what she was going to try to do.
