45. "Protection"

3 months later, Bad and Skeppy are at Target for their usual grocery run. Skeppy asks, "So what else do we need?" They've already got some snacks and normal stuff in the cart already. But just in case they've missed anything. 

Bad says, "Hmmm...I think we need protection." 

Skeppy says, "R-really? I thought I got some last week. Did we use that many already?" 

Bad shrugs and says, "We need to buy more sunscreen because we keep running out since you love the beach so much. I don't want you to get burnt Skeppy." 

Skeppy says, "Oh ok. Yeah, more sunscreen. It's down this aisle over here." 

They go to the aisle with a bunch of choices for the two. Bad picks up a children's sunscreen and says, "Perfect for you!" 

Skeppy dead stares at Bad and sarcastically laughs. "So funny." he says. 

Bad giggles and says, "It's a good joke. It is funny!" 

Skeppy smiles at Bad's adorableness, "Yeah, yeah. It was super funny." 

They got everything they needed and went to the cashier to check out. In the line, Bad's phone dings. He pulls it out his pocket and opens it to see why. He goes to his texts and there's a message from Dream just sent.

Hey Bad, George and I wanted to invite you and Skeppy over for dinner  today if you guys aren't busy. 

Oooooo sounds nice, but its kind of last minute :/

Yeah I know :( 

But we thought it'd be nice since we haven't hung out for a few weeks in person

Let me ask Skeppy rq :)

Bad looks up fro his phone and asks Skeppy, "Do we have any plans today?" Skeppy shrugs, "I don't think so? Why?" "Dream and George are invting us over for dinner." Bad replies. Skeppy smiles and says, "Great, what time so we can get ready when we go home." Bad texts Dream again.

What time?

Dinner should be ready around 7

And Nick, Karl, and Alex will also be here btw

Their in town? :D

Yeah so we thought it'd be nice to get together for dinner and maybe just chill afterwards

Great, we'll be there!

Bad closes his phone and puts it back into his pocket. Skeppy paid for their items and was grabbing the bags. Bad says, "Alright, so dinner at Dream's at 7. And Sapnap, Karl, and Alex will be there too." 

"Great! Let's go home and put these up before getting ready to go." Skeppy replies. 

They drive home and put up all their groceries. The time is 5pm and they decide to feed their dogs before getting ready and leaving. They give the spoiled dogs little beef cubes that Skeppy had pan grilled for them. These dogs are very spoiled, but thats alright because Rat and Rocco are adorable.
