Chapter 2: Lunch

                                   Y/N's POV
damn, her smile makes me melt every time. i can't wait to see her later.

15 minutes later, i pull up to my house, i grab my things and go inside. i see my best friend and her girlfriend cuddling with each other on the couch as i walk in.

"hey y/n!" her girlfriend says

"hey B, how are you?" i say

"i've been doing good. how bout you? you seem awfully happy right now, is there something going on?" B says

"i've been doing great actually, and yes. i have plans with a certain someone this afternoon." i smiled looking at the floor.

"plans with who?" B says

"yeah, plans with who?" my best friend says

"is it Kehlani?" she asks

"you know what, be quiet Jai" i say to her

"oouuuu, you didn't deny it tho. where are y'all going?" Jai asks

"they said there was this spot they wanted to take me to. it sounds like a great place, so i'm down." i say

at this point, Jai and B were looking at each other like they were planning something.

"why are y'all looking at each other like that?" i ask

"because we wanna know if she likes you or not." Jai says

"yeah, what she said." B says

"y'all don't need to worry about it, i'll be fine." i say

"ight." they say in unison

"well, imma go get ready, she should be coming soon."

"oh she's coming to pick you up too? oouuu she definitely likes you."

"shut up, Jai" i said

i then walk to my room and close the door. i take off my clothes and get in the shower, i play some music while i'm in there too.

"oouuu this my song right here!" i say

Feels by Kehlani started to play and i was doing my thing.

"AND I'M CATCHING FEELINGS, BABY, YOUUUUUUU, YEAHHHHH!!!" i screamed from the top of my lungs.

"y/n, are you good? why are you being so loud?" Jai asks

"yeah, Jai, i'm fine." i say

"alright. you catchin feelings for who?" shes asks

"nobody." i say knowing damn well it's a lie

"sure." she says

i get out of the shower after Feels is over and i pick out the clothes i want to wear.

"this fit would be nice with some 1's." i say

i go to my closet and grab a pair of pine green 1's.

"ight let me tell her i'm ready."
