As James Buchanan Barnes rests in the ice in Wakanda, Diane Adams and Steve Rogers return home stealthy in hopes that the government detects no overseas activity and the sudden disappearance of Sargeant Barnes. Only they return to face the government itself but with a different agenda on their minds.
The remaining Avengers in the new compound included Steve, Diane, Tony, and Natasha, along with the new recruits consisted of Wanda Maximoff, James Rhodes, Sam Wilson, and The Vision.
Clint decided to retire and return to his family in peace. Thor took his leave in search for answers regarding the sudden appearance of four infinity stones in the last few years. And the Hulk still hasn't returned.
The ones who are left now have to try to come together and decide what the future holds for them next. Either they make it out alive together, or never come to an agreement about what the new Avengers now stood for.
Little do they know, that whatever is decided, the worst is still yet to come.
This phase takes place between the events of the post-credit scene of Black Panther, some events of Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War.
