In which Ej Caswell finds himself falling for his best friend
SUMMARY Everyone at East high knew of the iconic duo that was Ej Caswell and Neli Koivisto. The two had been best friends since they could walk.
The two were practically born into the friendship because of their mothers being best friends which didn't really surprise anyone, the close bond that the Koivisto's and Caswells had was one that was rather rare and hard to find but if you managed to ever have a bond as strong as that you were practically the luckiest person in the world.
Like their mothers, ej and neli would never leave each other's sides and even if they had to they were always a text away. Spending summers together where they would either play water polo or write good and crappy songs that would always make them smile in ways you couldn't imagine.
Being there for each other through everything, from neli's braces phase to ej's acne phase, there wasn't anything that could change the way the two cared about eachother
The two had planned to go through the rest of their school career together but alas there's some things we can't control.
Neli, her stepdad and siblings are forced to move to her moms home back in Finland the summer before junior year for reasons her mother didn't tell her at the time despite her begging to stay with her dad.
A year later she returns ready and excited to return to her old school but she returns to a lot of new changes

- you can decide where her step siblings are from
- One of her step siblings younger and the other is the same age as her
- You can decide who play her siblings
- You can also decide their names
- Her and Ej will be a slow burn
- They first have to reconnect and get back in sinc
- It takes awhile tho
- She auditions but doesn't get a role
- Miss Jenn asks her to help behind the scenes as her assistant
- Neli can really sing well
