DESCIPTION In which he lost her and realized how much he needed her
SUMMARY Kai Torres and Paxton had been best friends since they were kids. Kai developed a crush on her best friend and finally had the guts to tell him...what she didn't expect was for him to completely embarrass her that was during the summer and they haven't been on good terms since. They don't talk any more at all.
When the new school year starts he decides to fix his issues with her because he realizes how much he misses and needs her in his life

- after the whole paxton situation she starts hanging out with Ben

- Paxton calls her lena only he calls her that
- Kai has trust issues so Paxton hurting her just made them ten times worse
- slowly fixes things and by her 16th birthday party he realizes she's in love with her
