-He's never gone to the beach, let alone the sea.
-Hida province is in the dead center of Japan, so it makes sense that he's never seen it.
-Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Hida province is also surrounded by mountains, so trying to travel to the next prefecture would be very very difficult and let me remind you that cars don't exist back then.
-So now that it's 2018 and in Tokyo (time and place setting of Jujutsu Kaisen)
-"Hey Sukuna, do you want to visit the sea?"
-As soon as he's heard this he's beaming in the inside.
-Wants to find shells first though
-Ends up finding a whole ass coral that looks like a bone.
-"Can I keep it? LIKE I GIVE A DAMN WHAT THAT BRAT THINKS?!"
-He'll probably give all of it to you, because he doesn't want Itadori to tease him about his newfound hobby; collecting items from the sea.
-He eventually comes across sea glass and some sea stone
-"This one is for you, it reminds me of how long our love lasted and formed. Through a thousand years of battles, our love still pursued to the end." He just said nonchalantly before handing you the sea glass.
-It was a pink heartshaped sea glass :D
-And he held the black heartshaped stone and hid it in his pocket.
-The places he's been in translates to all emotion he has for you
