Chapter 21- memories lost 

The sun shines through my window causing my eyes to flutter open I sit up and look around confused what the hell? I'm in my storybrook room weres robin and Roland I stand quickly and look around whispering to myself "this has to be a dream" I run out of my room and to moms room fast I stop when I see her door open and her covers back but no mom I run to the top of the stairs quickly and yell "MOM!" I look to the bottom of the stairs and see mom emerge from the kitchen she looks to me in shock and I run down the stairs so quickly And tackle her in a hug tears fill my eyes and I say "what happened?" She holds me tightly and pulls back looking to me confused and says "I don't know but last thing I remember is Emma and Henry leaving to New York and everyone else getting sent back to the enchanted forest" I furrow my brow and say "then why are you back why am I back?" she furrows her brow and says "we're where you?" I look to the wall for a second before saying "I was I. The enchanted forest I was living with a man named Robin Hood and his merry men" she looks to me confused and I say rembering "I feel through this portal in the backyard and hit my head and it made me lose my memories they slowly came back but never in full but now I remember it all and I'm here" I feel so confused but mom puts her hand on my arm offering me a small smile "well why don't we have breakfast  and talk" I nod and we make our way to the kitchen mom opens the cabinets and looks around before saying "I guess we'll also have to go shopping today" I smile as she sets out some bread and strawberries she gets out a pan and puts the bread on as I cut up the strawberries into half she puts some butter in the pan and turns back around to me smiling "your older now" I look up to meet her eyes and nod with a smile "it sucks that I already was apart from you the first 7 years of my life but now we were apart for 3 more" I see sadness flash across her face and instantly regret what I said she smiles sadly and says "yes but we always find out way back to each other" I stand and walk around the counter hugging her tightly "I love you mom" she holds me close and says "I love you more" I scoff and pull back looking to her with a goofy smile "impossible" she laughs and says "so possible" before tickling me I gasp and break out into a fit of laughter trying to back away from her but she holds me close as I squirm "m... mom! Stop" she grins evilly and says "only if you say it's possible" I try to push her away as i countue to laugh and say "fine I... it's passible" she grins and places a kiss on my temple finally stoping and says "great now do you want jelly On your toast?" I take a second to catch my breath before looking to her in disbelief "no I'm good" she laughs and nods as I sit down with a smile plastered across my face ashe puts a pice of toast into each of are plates and I place a handful of strawberries on each one before going and sitting down at the dining table mom sits beside me and we both start to eat our food once we're done I help mom wash the dishes and go upstairs to get dressed for the day I put on some jeans and a black long sleeve before going back downstairs when I do I find mom sitting on the couch I walk up behind her and jump on the couch so I'm laying on her lap she gasp and looks to me "Charlotte!" I laugh and sit up "what?" She rolls her eyes and I say "oh mom can I show you something" she looks to me with confusion but nods smileing slightly I close my eyes and focus on the other side of the room when I open my eyes I'm across the room and look to moms shocked face and laugh she smiles as I sit back down next to her "that's great princess" I smile and stand "can I go into town?" She looks at me with uncertainty "I don't know we just showed up here randomly with no memery of the past maybe year and I don't know who caused it they couldn't of had good intentions" I sigh and she says "fine but just for an hour" I smile brightly and hug her "thank you I just have been gone for a while and I wanna look around see everyone " she nods in understanding and I smile before walking to town I head to grannies and when I enter granny looks up and gasps she quickly walks around the counter and pulls me into a hug "Charlotte what the heck you were missing" I smile as she pulls back and say "it's a long story, could you get me a muffin?" She nods with a smile and I take a seat at a booth I flip through a magazine I found when I notice someone sit across From me I furrow my brow and look up to see a red head with piecing blue eyes she smiles and says "oh sorry do you mind if I sit here?" I shake my head and say "no no it's fine" she smiles and says "thanks I'm zelena" I smile slightly and say "hello zelena I'm Charlotte, Charlotte mills" she nods and says "what are you getting I can't decide I'm new to this town" I furrow my brow and say "you mean you were brought back this curse but you skipped the last one?" She nods and says "yes I think that's how it would work" I nod with a smile and say "I just got a muffin as a snack" she nods and says "is there anything you would recommend?" I think bout for a second before saying "well they have good lasagna but it's probably a little early in the day for that um... they have grilled cheese and salads" she nods with a smile "I think I can figure something out from that" I laugh and ruby comes over with my muffin she smiles and bends down hugging me "CHARLOTTE! Your here!" I laugh and pull back "yah not entirely sure how but I am" I she looks to zelena and says "hey what can I get you?" Zelena smiles and says "I'll have a grilled cheese and onion rings please" ruby nods and winks at me before heading back to the counter I take a bite into my muffin and look at zelena "so what did you do in the enchanted forest who were you?" She laughs and says "no one Special just a midwife" I smile and say "that's really cool have you ever diliverd a baby's?" She nods smiling slightly "yes several it's quite beautiful the hole thing child birth" I scrunch my nose and say "it sounds quite painful from what I've heard about it" she laughs and says "sure it's painful but it probably worth all of it to have a beautiful baby" I shrug and look to the clock to see I need to head home I stand and smile at zelena before saying "it was great talking to you but I need to head home my mom said I could only be out for an hours bye" she smiles and nods "bye Charlotte I hope we can talk again sometime" I nod before making my way back outside I start walking down the street toreds the house when I arive I open the door and yell "mom I'm back" she steps out of the kitchen and smiles "hey did you have fun" I nod and say "yah I meet this woman named zelena at grannies she was a midwife in the enchanted forest" mother smiles and says "that's cool" I nod and walk into the kitchen  "what are you doing?" She smiles and says "nothing much just cleaning up a little is there anything you wanna do?" I think about it for a second before saying "can you teach me magic?" She looks to me in slight shock but nods and smiles brightly "sure if that's what you want we can do it in the backyard"  I nod and smile "I'm gonna get a hair tie from upstairs real quick" she nods and I run upstairs to my room quickly I walk over to my closet and grab my purple hair tie off the door nob before runing back downstairs I put my hair into a bun and go outside to see mom waiting for me I walk over and she smiles "magic isn't easy but with practice" she holds her hand out and a apple appears "you can do most anything" I nod as she says "now can you do a fireball?" I hold my hand out the red flame feels warm agents my skin as I watch the flames dance mother smiles and says "that's good can you teleport?" I nod and teleport so I'm beside mother she smiles "I was just gonna start you on some basics today but I have a lot of books in my vault that are good for spells you'll have to learn how to read elvish" I furrow my brow and I say "I already know it" she looks to me wide eyed and says "really how?" I smile and say "I read a lot at the castle so I've picked up how to read a few different languages" mother nods still locking shocked and says "well you have strong power you already know elvish and basic things there's not a lot more you can learn do you know how to do a locator spell?" I shake my head no and she nods "we could try and do that fo you have Somone to find?" She says that last part jokingly but I say "actually yes" she looks to me confused and I say "the man I lived with in the enchanted forest Robin" she nods and says "do you have something of his?" I think about it for a second and say "maybe" I run upstairs without saying another word to mom and start looking through the room in hopes the curse brought something over I look under my bed and start going through my drawers I open the top drawer and smile I grab the arrow head and look at it feeling a sense of relief I go back downstairs to see mom in the doorway she looks to me confused as I hand her the arrow head and say "it's robins will it work?" She nods and says "yah It should" I smile and she hands it back to me "you wave your hand over it and think of wanting to find him then it should lead you to him" I nod and close my eyes focusing on finding robin I wave my hand over it and smile brightly when is glows and starts floating mother smiles and says "perfect now we just follow" I nod and it starts flouting tored the door I follow it with mom right behind me it heads half way across town to the woods I furrow my brow but follow it on I guess if robin were to be somewhere the woods would be it we walk for a little and come across some tents I smile brightly when I see robin I run forward jumping into his arm and hugging him tightly as he says "Charlotte! I was so worried I had the merry men looking for you and I wasn't sure what had happend sense all out memories have been messed with" I pull back from the hug and hear the little voice of Roland yell "Charlotte!" I turn just in time for his small body to collide with my legs I smile and lift him up into my arms "Roland have you been good for papa while I was away?" he smiles cutely and says "of course I even helped with the fire" I smile and turn to mom to see her staring at Robin I furrow my brow and say "mom this is Robin and Roland, Roland Robin this is my mom" mom smiles at them and says "hello thank you for taking my daughter while we were separated" Robin smiles and shakes moms hand saying "your welcome she's a great kid" mom nods and they both start a conversation as Roland drags me over to play with him and the merry men...
