Chapter 29- the last week part 1

I woke up early this morning and got dressed for the day quickly me and henry planed to meet at grannies and have brunch there then maybe go get some ice cream i close the door behind me and walk down to grannies I open the door and the bell rings causing everyone to look over henry smiles and waves me over to the table he's sitting at I take my seat and smile at him "hey I already ordered so ruby can just get your order when she comes back" I nod smiling "so henry how have you been?" He shrugs "I'm alright I'm kinda worried for mom though going undercover" I nod in agreement "me too I know she's not the evil queen anymore but my concern is not her turning evil and it's not about weather she can fight for herself it's just if they did find out she was faking it she'd be agents 4 villains" Henry frowns as ruby comes over "hey Charlotte what can u get yah...

Me and henry had fun at grannies and once we finished our food and talked for a little we walked down to the ice cream shop "what flavor are you gonna get" he looks to me and shrugs "rocky road you?" I think about it for a second "strawberry probably or Superman" he smiles and holds the door open for me as we get there I smile and step up to the counter "we'll have a strawberry and a rocky road please" she nods and starts scooping our i cream i lay a 5 on the counter and turn back to Henry "I haven't had ice cream in a while I'm excited" he nods smiling "what do you wanna do after this?? I grab both our ice cream cones quickly thanking the lady before saying "wanna do something fun?" I hand him his cone and he furrows his brow "what do you mean?" I smirk and say "prank Emma" his eyes widen "how would we do that" I think about it for a second "we could spray her with silly string" he furrows his brow "ehhh" I think about it a little more and smile "we could buy a bear claw and put mustard in it" his eyes widen "that's perfect but she might hate us forever" I laugh "we can only fill one so she still has a good one afterwards as our apology

We did the prank and emmas reaction was hilarious she spit out the bear claw and started chasing us around the room until we told her the other one was fine and that we were sorry but David congratulated us on our pranking skills so that was fun me and henry played video games for a while and I beat him almost every time once I got the hang of if but I tried not to rub it in his face to much overall we had a great day together and when I hugged him before I left it took a lot of me to not start crying "I had a great day henry I love you" he pulls back and smiles brightly "I love you too we should do it again I think we could pull an ever better prank on Emma next time" I hold back tears but laugh slightly when Emma yells from the living room "not if I get you first" I smile and wave before closing the door I start walking down the stairs and can no longer hold in my tears as I walk home one day done tomorrow is Ellie's day I'll have to call her I arrive home and change before calling her up she picks up almost immediately "Charlotte! Hey I've been meaning to talk to you" I smile slightly "really what about?" I furrow my brow as she continues "ide rather tell you this in person" I nod "how about we get together and hang out all day tomorrow" I sigh as she respond "yes that would be great we need to ketch up anyways" I smile before hanging up and heading off to bed...

I woke up and headed to Ellie's house we agreed to hang out there and I wonder what she wanted to tell me I knock on the door and she opens it smiling "Charlotte" I'm pulled into a tight hug and she rubs my back "hey thanks for letting me come over" she pulls away slightly and smiles "yea I wanted to talk to you and it's just great to see you" I nod and step inside the house Ellie closes the door behind us and motions me over to the couch to sit down when a guy walks into the room and leans down kissing Ellie's cheek "is this her" he takes a seat beside her and puts his arm over her shoulder I look to them confused Ellie smile and turns back to me "Charlotte this is my fiancé James" my eyes widen in shock "oh I didn't know you wear engedged congratulations" I Lean forward and hug her quickly as she smiles "thank you actually that's what I kinda wanted to tell you were getting married next week" my jaw drops and I'm not entirely sure what to say I'm so excited for her but then my face falls when I relise I won't be there Ellie looks to me in concern "sorry we should have told you sooner I-" I cut her off and say quickly "oh no that's not what I ment I just zoomed out but I'm so excited for both of you" they both smile at me and Ellie says "we still have a little but of planning to do wanna help me?" I nod and stand "sure" her face lights up and she stands quickly grabbing my hand and dragging me toreds the back of there house we go into a storage looking room and she grabs a folder and a book before turning back to me "we've got pretty much everything planed but I need your help with what color the bridesmaids dresses should be" I think about it for a second "what's the main theam of the wedding like the colors?" She smiles and says "kinda fall colors like orange and red some gold in there" I nod and think about it for a second "I think a peachy color would look cool" Ellie smiles and pulls me into a hug "that's perfect oh! I also wanted to ask you to be the flower girl" I look to her my first instinct to say yes but I don't wanna just not show up I sigh and say with a fake smile "sure I would love to" she squeezes me tight and places kisses all over my face I laugh and struggle to get away from her...

I spent the rest of the day helping Ellie and then we had a sleepover and I left that morning and went over to the charming's house snow was surprised when I nocked on the door and I asked to have dinner with them she of course said yes and pulses me into a hug "henry will be happy your here" I nod and smile walking into the living room to see David and Emma on the couch they both smile at me and I lean down giving each of them a hug "hey sorry I came bye short notice" they both admeaditly tell me it's ok as Emma pats the seat beside her I smile before sitting down "weres henry?" Right when I say that the bathroom door opens and he walks out he smiles and quickly walks over bending down to give me a hug "Charlotte! I didn't know you were coming by" I smile and take in the moment before pulling back "yah I just wanted to spend time with you guys sense moms not around right now" He sits down and smiles but david furrows his brow "wait who  are you staying with now that your moms not at the house?" I shrug "I'm just staying by myself" Emma and David both look to me confused "and your mom lets you" I look to the floor "I may have told her I was staying with Ellie" snow walks over and looks to me sternly causing me to sink in my seat "Charlotte! You can't do that" I sigh and look to the floor as she says "we're telling your mom and your gonna stay with us" my eyes widen no! This is worse that anything staying with the charming's the last days before I leave that's awful! well I'll get to spend time with henry though I'm torn out of my trance by snow "Charlotte! Are you listening to me" I scoff standing as I get memories of the time she and David kidnapped Me and I had to live with them for weeks my anger rises and I stand yelling "your not my mother!" Her eyes widen and she says in shock "Charlotte your eyes" I look to her confused then see the shocked looks of everyone in the room I turn to a mirror and my jaw drops when I see my eyes glowing red I look to myself in fear and then around to them feeling overwhelmed i run out before anyone can stop me I run down the stairs and outside the building looking for anware to go but I bump into someone I look up to see ruby She looks down to me with concern and puts her hand on my arm "Charlotte are you ok?" I look around "I- um" she frowns "why don't you come with me to grannies and get something to eat" I shake my head quickly and pull away from her "no I'm sorry I can't" I magic myself to the house quickly I grab my bag and start frantically throughing clothes in it and looking around for the forgetting potion I need to leave now I don't know what's wrong with me but something is I need a new start we're people don't know my past or my powers I finally find the potion and get out a pice of paper quickly to write a note for mom I hover over the paper them eventually start writing reading it as I go

"Dear mom...
I love you and I'm sorry I have to go I'm not sure we're but I need a new start to many bad things happen and I'm just a problem I don't want to cause you or anyone who would care pain so I've made a memory potion big enough for the hole town I'm gonna use it at the town-" I sigh and erase the last part rewriteing it "you can use it if you want but I'm sorry and I love you please don't look for me" a single tear falls from my eyes and onto the Page I stand and grab my bag quickly running out of the house I need to see mom at least once  before I leave so I guess I'll just go to golds cabin they won't be mad for her kid coming to see her right? I walk up to the cabin and knock on the door after hiding my bag I wait a few seconds and gold opens the door looking confused "who is it!" I here a sour voice yell he keeps his stair on me "miss mills what are you doing here?" I look back into the room just as mom spins her head around quickly in confusion she stands and walks over quickly "Charlotte what are you doing here!" I can see the 'it's dangerous' look in her eyes but I ignore it and walk in hugging her tightly fighting back my tears despite the several villains in the room she put her arms around me and holds me close I take it in for a second before pulling back I look into moms eyes and see concern flash over them when she sees my tears but I know I won't go if I stay any longer so I turn around and walk toreds the door but I feel a hand on my own "we're are you going" I hear the confusion in her voice but I ignore her and walk outside grabbing my bag quickly and jogging slightly as tears run down my face I hear her voice call for me "Charlotte!" I see her run toreds me but I magic myself away holding in a sob I open my eyes and turn around to see the town line and the storybrook sign I take a shakey breath...
