Chapter 39- the kiss

After I tried on snows clothes on I must have fell asleep I feel a hand running through my Hair and admeaditly know it's mom I open my eyes and take a second to get used to the light "mom?" She looks down to me and smiles "good morning sweetheart" I smile "did you find robin?" she goes to respond but somwone knocks on the doorframe and I look up to see Robin himself I sit up instantly "robin!" He comes over and I pull him down hugging him it's just now I relise I somehow got back home from snows apartment I shake it off and pull back he takes a seat beside mom on my bed. I smile and then my face falls when I see its bright outside "what time is it?" Mom look at me confessed "12 why?" My eyes widen and I stand quikcly grabbing and outfit "I told Marley we could have lunch at grannies" I run into the bathroom quickly changing before going downstairs and to the door right before I leave I hear mom call out "be safe!" I nod "I will love you!" After me and Marley have lunch we decide to go to the park sence the weathers nice we're walking a long the side walk when she turns to me smiling "who is your favorite hero?" I shrug "Robin Hood" she scrunches her nose smiling "wasn't he a thief" I nod " yah but he's a hero to me he's kinda my father figure plus he's dating my mom" her eyes widen "oh really" I nod and we keep walking are arms locked in one another "do you think your a hero sence your always with princess snow and prince David?" I laugh "no I think I'm more of a side cick now you have hero material" I jump wrapping my arms around her shoulders "see Marley you can be the hero and I'll be you cape now fly!" She laughs and grabs my arms we both run forward Around in circles but my foot accidentally turns to the side and I fall on top of her I laugh "oh my god are you ok I'm sorry" she laughs with me "yah I'm fine...." sudenly her laughter stops and I look down at her confused as her gaze is locked at my eyes I furrow my brow but can't help felling drawn in by the glow of her eyes she sudenly lenas forward and before I can comprehend her lips are on mine in a moment of pure shock my instincse have me kiss back for a second she sits up so I'm on her lap and grips my side I finally realize what happing and pull away quickly standing looking to her in shock "I- I've gotta go" her face falls and I turn around running home I slow my pace to a walk as I get to our street what the hell just happend she kissed me and I kissed her back but she's a... SHE! Girls are supposed to like guys and guys are supposed to like Girls right? I shake my head as I find the door but right as I reach for the handle the door flies open and both mom and Robin run out robin bumps into me and I fall landing on my but I wince and mom gasps helping me up as robin apologizes "oh Charlotte I'm sorry" mom helps dust me off and I look to them confused "we're are you going?" mom frowns "it's zelena somethings hapinging it might be something with the baby" my eyes widen and I nod as we all run to the car mom drives fast and we arive quikcly we all run in and downstairs to her cell as we make it down the hall I come to complete stop my jaw dropping when I see zelena her belly the size of a woman about to give birth she screams out in pain and a weelchair is brough for her and we're taken upstairs good thing were already in a hospital everyone goes In the room with her but mom turns around and stops me "go wait in the waiting room please" I nod and she kisses my head before closing the door I sigh and go wait

the tickling of the clock becomes almost agonizing when finally Mom comes to get me but she looks kinda shocked I stand "what is it?" She frowns "Emma she came and took zelena" I furrow my brow "why?" Mom shakes her head"I don't know" she starts to walk down the hall and I follow her "what about the a baby?" Right as I say that robin comes out of a room holding a tiny human my eyes widen "awwwww she's adorable" I skip over and look at her cute little face smiling I look up to robin "you have another kid!" I sigh "can I come over moms buzzy and I'm definitely not going to the charmings for a second night" I hear her sigh "I'm sorry I'm out of town I forgot to tell you" I internally sigh "it's alright thanks though" I hang up and try to think of another place I could go grannies! Plus ruby always gives me free apple pie I walk there and open the door sitting at the counter "hey grannie you get to "babysit" me because ellies not in town" she laughs "alright I'll get you something to drink" I smile as a thanks she returns with a tea "thanks granny" I take sip and the door opens I turn and spit some of my drink out when I see Marley and her brother I compose myself and just keep my gaze away down I don't know what to think of what happened earlier I jump when I hear ruby beside me "something on your mind?" I look to her and sigh "how'd you now you liked Girls" her yes widen and she smiles "well ide always throught girls were pretty but then I met the one and relished I liked her more than just friends I wanted to be by her side at all time I wanted to hug her and kiss her" I look at my hand and ruby smile sympathetically "does she make you happy?" I nod "does she give you butterflies?" I think about it and nod slowly a relization coming over me I say in shock "so I'm gay?" Ruby shakes her head "you'd be leasbian witch is like being gay for girls but you don't have to be just lesbian if your still attracted to guys you could be bi" I furrow my brow "what bi?" She shrugs "when Someone is attracted to woman and men" I look to the ground "I think that's what I am" ruby smiles and pulls me into a hug "I'm proud of you it takes a lot to talk to Someone about your feelings" I smile at her "thank you but please don't tell anyone yet"she nods "of course now go talk to her" I smile and nod standing I walk over and they both look to me "sorry to interrupt but can I barrow Marley for a minute" her brother nods "oh yah sure" i grab her hand and drag her to the bathroom she looks at me Sadly "I'm sorry about before i just thought you liked me like that I didn't mean to" I stop her by kissing her softly I pull back and she has her eyes closed I feel a sudden sence of pride and happiness she smiles and opens her eyes "oh my god you just kissed me-" the smile on her face has me smiling and she steps forward "could you do it again" I step forward a kiss her gently cupping her cheek with my hand she wraps her harms around my waist I turn my head smiling into the kiss and we separate but still keep our heads touching I look into her eyes and smile "that was wonderful" she nods biting her lip "my brothers probably wondering were I am I should head back I'll call you latter" I furrow my brow "you have a phone?" She nods "I just got it" I smile and nod I walk with her to the bathroom door she steals a quick kiss before leaving as the door closes I smile and spin around before going back into the diner we lock eyes for a second and I smile like a maniac before sitting at the counter ruby smiles at me and I return it nothing could ruin this day...

Well I couldn't have been more wrong it's about midnight now and I've just been chilling at the house but mom called and said Emma turned hook into a dark one in camolot so now there's two dark ones Emma said she can give us back out memories but hook took them and wiped her memory so that's no help mom said she would be home soon though...

I hear the door open and head downstairs to see mom putting her jacket up on the coat hanger i walk forward and hug her she sighs "I'm sorry I've been buzzy lately I didn't mean to abandon you all week a lots been happening" I nod in understanding "I know and your tired it's ok we'll just have to have a mom and daughter day soon" she nods kissing my head "of course now go get ready for bed it's really late" I nod and run upstairs I decide to get a quick shower and wash my hair once I'm done I put on some pagamas and head downstairs to get some water moms already in there when I come in and she smiles "did you get all cleaned up" I nod and take sip of water before walking over and hugging mom I cling to her taking in her comforting sent "I've missed you mama" she rubs my back and holds me close "I'm sorry sweetheart" we stand there for a few minutes and eventually pull away "sometimes I just wish things would be normal like how they used to be before the curse broke and when we lived in the enchanted forest now there's a new monster we have to fight every week" mom sighs "I know baby I'll do everything in my power to get things as normal as possible" I nod and hug her one more time "I love you" she holds me a little tighter "come on let's get you to bed" we make our way up the stairs and to my room mom tucks me in as usual but it's the first time she's been able to in a few days she moves the hair from my face and kisses my temple "sweet dreams princess" she turns off my lap and walks out cracking my door behind her I close my eyes and let sleep take over...
