I said that while Elijah brushed off his pain and sat up to make room for Asher who climbed up the bed with his little hands
"...um... hey ash... can you tell god to send one of his angels to fix mom"
"Okay.. I'll wish that in my next morning prayer" he replied
"Did you do your morning prayer today, Lobster?" Elijah asked Soe
"Um yeah... sure of course"
Me, Elijah and Asher looked at each other and then together looked at Soe "no you didn't"
"Um you three don't have to gang up on me all the time! And you ash... I thought you would take my side, I'm hurt... so hurt" Soe pretended to be hurt by making a frowny face
"But I reminded you to pray and you said that you wanted to go to Linda's to see Steven-" Soe did a dive on Elijah's lap and shut Asher by putting her small hands over his mouth.
"Owww fuc-" Elijah bit his lips to not say it
"Another pizza incoming?" Soe looked up at Elijah
Elijah inhaled and calmed down.
He looked at Soe and lifted her up by her waist and threw her small but heavy body on the bed. He stood up on his knees as he tackled Soe into a tickling contest.
Asher silently came crawling towards me. He snuggled his arms around my neck as he sat on my lap. "Good morning mom" he mumbled
"Good morning sweetie.. now tell me all about how Soe wanted to see Steven..."
"What NOO HAHAHAHA DAD STOP!! HAHAHA ASH DONT HAHAH.. YOU DARE! STOPP"
