okay i have no idea how the mafia works
i thought capo is something you put on your guitar to raise the pitch, luca stop making jokes be serious now, i googled capo di tuti

so capo dei capi or capo di tutti (a typo in the book but it's fine) wiki says "are terms used mainly by the media, public and law enforcement community to indicate a supremely powerful crime boss in the sicilian or american mafia who holds great influence over the whole organization." we learn something new everyday look at me reading about the mafia 💅

hmm wonder if mr antonio is really dead
remember full stops and commas
i would recommend using - hyphens instead of ... full stops (or ellipses) when stuttering, but that's just my personal preference

love that the spanish is translated i would recommend also use italics or something else to differentiate the two languages.

and the same goes for when its italicized in the past :) i would recommend using normal font

blue eyes and short ginger red hair she sounds so pretty

that was all my reactions to the first chapter now as for how i feel... it was not a bad first chapter, it's interesting because i want to know how antonio "died" and davina's backstory and how she got involved with the mafia. davina looks like a strong female lead- love that. the only thing that i would say is a bit confusing and annoying, are the flashbacks from the past. not saying that i don't like flashbacks, they just feel out of place, other than that great job!

oh sandra is the maid
i feel it's unnecessary for the part of her pregnancy to be a flashback. just my opinion but it feels like a waste of words.

okay davina has a bit of a temper
ugh martin is so annoying for no reason
and nothing important happened other than antonio had enemies (which we already knew)

before i read i'm gonna make some assumptions:
-cole is mr. wilson's son
-we'll probably have more chapters in his pov
-he is the new love interest
-friend or enemy?
-she is probably going to hate him at the beginning but then falls in love with him

um usually by now i get attached to the characters but i don't really care about anyone
