Vol 6. Let The Tutoring Begin. #1

Year x784, November 27th.

After lots of begging and bargaining, Amy managed to convince Porlyusica in tutoring her. Besides the tutoring she also got into full study mode. At the guild she would be in Makarov his chamber reading the restricted books. And as she got home she would read the public books. To make sure she doesn't miss anything important Amy uses her Gale-force glasses whilst reading.
It's been like this for three whole days now and Porlyusica is mainly training Amy to focus on her core. This training is about controlling her usage of magic and how to devide it properly.

According to Porlyusica's explanation, this kind of training is the base of magic within the human body. To expand it's power, one must maintain focus on the first origin within. Also known to be the first source of magic within the body.

Right now, Amy has to deal with her past. All the negativity from her youth will keep draining energy if she can't find peace with it. All Amy has to do, is to let go..
'Let go.. Right? Like Elfman? I've heard he eventually learned to have peace after what happened with him and Lisanna.. Now he can preform an entire Beast Soul Take Over, instead of just one arm..'
Amy tried to dig deep into her past.. Reliving all that has happened from her memories is something she has tried to avoid strongly.

With extreem discomfort, Amy tries to open up to her past. The first memory she tries to have peace with, is being heavily punished after her first magic lesson at 4 years old..
Only the slightest thought makes her body shiver and her head ache. Amy instantly breaks into sweat and tears, just like back then.. There is only one difference: unlike the original event, it didn't end with Amy coughing up blood..

Terrified of her past she suddenly grabbed her head and started screaming. With her eyes wide open, pupils as tiny as a grain of sand she quickly realized how heavy her training will be.
"I.. I will never get over this.." Amy speaks to herself.

"What is all this screaming about, huh?!" Porlyusica yells at her with an angry tone as she rushed outside.
"Don't hit me!" Amy yells back at her whilst crashing to the ground, trembling with fear.

Silence rings between them. Amy is still sobbing heavily when she suddenly feels a gentle tap on her shoulder.
"Come inside. I'll make tea.." The potion woman speaks calmly.

"So, do you mind telling me what all the fuss is about?" Porlyusica asks after pouring some ginger tea for Amy.
But Amy stays quiet, she only shakes her head. Overwhelmed with shame she hides her face.
"I.. I'm so s-sorry.." She whispers.
"What a pain. If you're not ready for so many triggers and overcome your past, why did you even ask for help?"
Amy could answer with anything, but anything won't do.. She's an honest person.
"You are testing my patience, girl. Any other would have received a firm hit on the head with my fan as a warming by now.." Porlyusica speaks with an agitated tone.
"I just want to be free of it all.." Amy suddenly answered.

Later that day, Porlyusica dismissed her of today's training, claiming Amy has some issues to figure out before continuing.
Due to Amy's current emotional state, Porlyusica contacted Makarov over a communication lacrima to pick her up and take her home.

Makarov then sent Erza to pick her up, believing those two could talk on their way back.
It's doesn't surprise anyone that Natsu, Gray, Wendy and Lucy are joining Erza on this pick up task.

They successfully picked up Amy a few moments later. Gray and Natsu are arguing about something silly like always while Wendy and Lucy are discussing a subject on magic.
Amy walks in the back of the group, just behind Erza and despite numerous attempts to make small talk, she just does not get Amy to say anything else but yes or no..

Instead of taking her home, they bring her in to the guild. Erza is convinced that Amy needs to speak with the master.
Within the second they all step through the guild doors, Levy comes rushing up to Amy, but she doesn't notice any of it until Erza steps in to block the little bookworm. It is at moments like these that even Levy backs down, without any words being spoken.
