11:39pm

Hailee and Y/n were just about to start cooking their homemade pasta, they both put an apron on and their hairs were tied up.

Y/n: "Wait- are we doing the pasta or the cheesecake first?"

Hailee: "You decide."

Y/n: "Hmm..." She thinks for a second, "Pasta first." and says.

Hailee: "Sounds good." She smiles.

Y/n: "Alright."

Y/n stands still looking at all the ingredients for a few seconds, having no idea what she was supposed to do in the first place.

Hailee noticed Y/n, "Have you ever made pasta?" so she asked.

Y/n: "No..."

Hailee laughs. "I figured."

Y/n laughs as well.

Hailee: "This going to be homemade pasta, which it means we're doing everything-"

Y/n: "Wait as in- from the beginning?"

Hailee: "Yeah, as in making the dough ourselves." She laughs. "And we're using that." She says, pointing at the rolling machine, the one that chefs usually have to make different types/shapes of pasta.

Y/n: "Oh... great." She says. "And what exactly is that?"

Hailee: "You'll be using it in a little."
She laughs. "But first, we're gonna need 4 cups of flour, 7 eggs-" Y/n cuts her off.

Y/n: "Woah, that's a lot of eggs."

Hailee: "Yeah, its the main liquid, y'know."

Y/n nods.

"Yeah, totally." Y/n says and Hailee laughs, knowing she was being sarcastic.

They both take the two ingredients they will be using. Hailee took 4 cups of flour and put them in a bowl, while Y/n took the eggs out of the fridge.

When being finally ready, they started doing the dough recipe.

Y/n: "This is messy." She laughs as Hailee sifts the flour on the table.

Hailee laughs. "This is basically nothing."

Once the flour is sifted, Hailee went ahead and formed a well using the back side of her hand in the center of that flour, mixing everything around, leaving a small hole.

Hailee: "And now we need to add some eggs."

Y/n looks for a bowl, and hands it to Hailee.

Hailee: "What's this for?" She asked.

Y/n: "The eggs."

Hailee: "Oh, no, we're not putting them there." she says, "It's in here." and points to the small space in the middle of the flour.

Y/n: "All of them?" she asked. "All of them are fitting there?"

Hailee laughs. "Yes. You'll see-" she stops for a second. "Well, let's just hope I do it right."

Hailee adds the first egg, right into the center of the flour.

Having all the eggs cracked in the flour, Hailee tells Y/n to gently whisk the eggs together with a fork.
