Ice cream laying in the middle of the street,
cone still standing, but he's tired and beat,
ice cream begins to melt away in the hot summer sun,
no longer an object bringing happiness and fun,
ice cream gets lapped up by a dog that's hungry,
cone eaten by a raccoon that was feeling kinda funny,
ice cream, ice cream, cone went too,
is this a metaphor for you?
