The Call

Dispatcher: 911 what's your emergency?

Melony Black: You have to help me!

Dispatcher: Okay, calm down ma'am can you tell me where you are?

Melony Black: There's a murder, they killed someone. Oh god. Oh god, oh god, oh god.

Dispatcher: Who killed someone? Can you tell me where you are? Is the killer still with you?

Melony Black: Yes! They're gonna kill me. Please! You have to help me. Please (breaks down into sobbing)

Dispatcher: Ma'am please calm down. Tell me what happened, we want to get someone out to you as soon as possible but I can't help you unless you calm down okay?

Melony Black: There was so much blood. It was an accident, I didn't mean to see it. I'm gonna die now. I'm dead.

Indistinct background chatter.

Dispatcher: Hello?

Burnida Bones: Hello?

Dispatcher: who is this?

Burnida Bones: My name is Burnida Bones and my ex-girlfriend just showed up at my house crying and covered in blood. I think she walked here.

Dispatcher: Okay, Burnida is she hurt? Do I need to send out EMT?

Burnida Bones: I don't know, I can't really tell she keeps moving around. She has blood all over her stomach and legs and on her shoes. She has on a black dress, I think she was out at a party or something she doesn't have anything with her.

Dispatcher: Okay, can you tell me where you guys are so I can send some officers over to you?

Burnida Bones: Yes, my address is 1302 Northridge Blvd.

Dispatcher: Okay, thank you Burnida. I want you guys to stay put and we'll have some officers out to come and check up on things.

Melony Black (in the background): I'm going to die, I'm going to die, I'm going to die.

Dispatcher: I'm going to hang up now, I want you to try and calm her down so that way we can get to the bottom of this. We have two units only 10 minutes out from your location. Okay?

Burnida: Okay.

Dispatcher: Just try and remain calm. Help is on the way girls. Just sit tight and we'll get this all sorted out. Tell Melony not to be scared. It's okay. Nothing is going to happen to her. Everything is going to be okay.
