Chapter Thirty-two

Our flight landed hours later. We got picked up by Jeanie's family and my friends. We had dinner together with her family and my friends before we left to our own place
How much I have missed this place, everything was still the same. I was so tired from the flight that I didn't care to unpack. I lay down groaning from pains after some hours of sitting. I closed my eyes feeling myself drifting off to sleep.

I woke up finally looking at my clock, it was late midday. I got up looking at the note Jeanie left behind for me
"Hi love, sorry I couldn't wake you up before going, I thought you needed it. I will be meeting some client today so I won't be home till late tonight. I made breakfast for you.....I love you''
I went to the bathroom doing my normal routine. The flight did a number on me, I wasn't used to it. I ate breakfast which Jeanie left behind. I decided to go out and stroll around the town. I went to different places watching people do their day routine. Everything was still the same as it was before I left
I got back home later. I did some laundry and used the time to unpack and arrange my stuffs. After I was done, I went to my laptop looking at the bunch of emails. I decided to try and write some chapters but for some reason I've been having some little problem with it, 'writers block'. I tried writing but it was still the same.
Getting frustrated, I closed it deciding to prepare dinner. Jeanie will be back and hopefully we will be able to eat and watch movie. We never got time to do normal couple stuffs cause both of us are too busy. We thought moving here will help us connect more and take a step to our relationship.

It was nine and Jeanie hasn't gotten home. She called few minutes ago telling me she will be back soon. I decided to stay up and wait for her but I wasn't able to cause I slept off on the sofa while watching a show on Netflix.
I woke up later in the middle of the night to see Jeanie sleeping softly beside me. I went to the dinning room where I set the food we were supposed to eat together. It wasn't there, I opened the food warmer seeing them there packed there. She ate alone when she got back and somehow carried me up to our room.
Not feeling sleepy anymore, I took some novels to read. I read some few chapters before going back to bed not before setting my alarm clock early enough so that I will be able to talk to Jeanie before she goes to work
My alarm rang five o'clock in the morning, I woke up to see Jeanie still sleeping. "Jean get up" I shook her up trying to wake her but instead she rolled over grabbing me closer "let's sleep some more, no work today" she mumbles before going back to sleep with her arms firmly held at my side. I couldn't sleep and I didn't want to wake her up if I tried to get uo so I stayed with her letting her enjoy her sleep, she hardly gets it these days
I stayed like that watching her sleep. I will always remain grateful to her, all of everything I have achieved is because of her. She stirred smiling before opening her eyes a little.
"Good morning!" I say tucking some hair behind her ears
"Good morning, how long have you been awake?
"Awhile". She smiled before getting up. She looked at the clock seeing it was already eight "I never get to sleep this much for some time" I nodded knowing that was right
So why aren't you going to work?
I cancel the whole the week, I thought I should make it up for not being able to dine with you last night"
"How are you going to do that?"
Lets see! I can start by getting you back to bed" she says getting up to grab me
We should brush up" I say stopping her. We went to the bathroom, washing up together. After we were done, we made breakfast which we ate together.
"So I was thinking, since we have three more days before the week runs off, I want us to go on a date. It has been long we go out
Yeah, which day do you prefer.....well except today cause we are staying at home together"
How about Saturday?
"Okay cause I was thinking of staying with you tomorrow too" I said which got her laughing.
She kissed me smirking "now before I forget, I think I wanted to make up for being busy all this while". I nodded.
We spent the day in bliss doing all kinds of things which are having sex, watching movies, letting her make a disaster in the kitchen, talking and exploring each others body.

Will Lisa and lizzie be able to see each other and how will they react.....are they still in love with each other and will Lizzie leave Jeanie for Lisa?
