"𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐈 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧' ya?  Roads would be blocked." Merle smugly stated as I rolled my eyes, "And I told ya this a week ago, the radio told us a day ago." I groaned reaching in my pocket for a cigarette as I hopped on the hood of dad's truck. "Don't take that damn attitude with me." He warned as I scoffed. I pursed my lips as I put the lighter near my smoke, "Hand me one of those Addilo, be a good niece." He smirked as I huffed doing so.

"I looked up the road, there's nothin' except cars for miles." Daddy told me, "I'll be a good person and go see if anyone knows anythang while y'all converse. Besides ya pissin' me off." I told Merle with a grumbled as he laughed. "Such a charmer Addilo ya clearly get it off ya- her..." Merle spoke stopping his laughter. "Merle really goddamn." Daryl grumbled.

"Like I said, am gonna go see whose there and who knows what..." I sighed taking a puff of my cigarette and walking off and I didn't hear Merle say, "Fuck man I keep screwin' up with ma own kid." He huffed. "Our parents were hardly role models..." Daryl sighed...

I didn't hear their chatter as I walked along the road bumping into a guy. I looked up at him, he was large man with an evil face, his eyes burnt daggers into mine. "Anyone ever tell ya it's rude to stare girl?" He grunted at me as I smirked puffing my cigarette. "Mmm suppose they have." I hummed. "People also say it's rude ta call a girl "girl", emasculatin'. Unless ya like that?" I wondered with furrowed brows. "I don't give a shit..." He sneered. "Ooo wow, angry one ya are." I scoffed saluting at the man.

"Ya better watch ya mouth little girl." He warned getting in my face. "Or what?" I asked him taking a puff of my cigarette. "Or ya'd be poking the bull..." He sneered. "Oh I quake in my boots big boy." I smirked before walking off; I'd later realize this was Ed.

I walked further along to see a man sat in his car attempting to work the radio, "Excuse me?" I wondered. "Oh hey, are you okay?" He asked, his brown hair sorta like a quiff and he had brown eyes I just wanted to look into. "Hello?" He wondered. "Shit, Uh hi. Yeah, do ya know what's goin' on round here. Ya radio comin' through ma Uncles ain't." I asked. "I'm Shane, and it keeps replaying a refugee centre message. Broadcasting over and over." Shane told me.
