𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲, yet it didn't stop Daryl holding a crossbow up in the direction of my dad and near myself. "What the fuck is going on?" Louise demanded as she scrambled onto the bridge, my daughter in her arms. "That's what I wanna know, what did ya take from that young mother?" Daryl asked me. "I didn't take nothin' man, I think ya just wanted ta bond with that nice mama back there and ya makin' up shit." I lied with a smirk on my face, I placed my crossbow onto my back and lit up another smoke. "Yeah, I didn't see Addilo take shit, it's all in ya head baby brother." My dad agreed whilst batting the crossbow out of our sights.

There was brief silence for a moment, just a moment. "Why are you lying Addison?" Louise called out stepping closer towards Daryl. "Why would I lie to ma uncle? I don't even think ya know what I may or may not have done, 'cause ya were chillin' down there whilst I saved some lives." I snapped back. "Chilling down there? I was looking after your baby! Something you hardly do, you just stomp around smoking and trying to get-" Louise went to say when I snatched my baby from her arms. "Shut. The. Fuck. Up." I spat.

"Why don't ya just hand it here, Ada?" My uncle asked gently, walking towards me. I glanced to my dad before glancing back to Daryl, "I have no clue what ya talkin' about, uncle." I sternly retorted meeting his eyes. "Fine, don't be honest with me. But remember that everythang ya do is on yaself. So don't go blamin' no one else when life goes shit for ya." Daryl scoffed at me walking along. "Ma life ain't gonna go shit! I'm gonna be happy for once in ma fuckin' life!" I yelled back, but I was happy before. I just chose to forget it, forget her. My dad wrapped his arm around me, "Ignore him, ya done the right thing." Merle smirked to me.

"You're a fucking fool Addi, listening to him." Louise told me, pointing at Merle and then following Daryl. I huffed stubbing my cigarette out.

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 I lied to Daryl, I just knew he wouldn't understand the truth. Merle and I had quickly followed Daryl and Louise through the woods. "The shit ya doin', pointin' that thang at me? At Addilo?" Merle hollered to Daryl. "They were scared man, ya let Addi get roped into that shit. She's just a kid man!" Daryl yelled back as I huffed, "Look, Daryl, I did them people a favor. There was a baby there and they had meth, right in front of her nose." I sternly stated. "Aren't you just doing the same thing?" Louise challenged as I huffed, "Would ya fucking shut up!" I yelled at Louise whilst my uncle and father began to argue.
