I look at the gate. The gate was like any other gate. Just covered in webs 🕸. Wilting roses 🥀 were purposefully planted along the gate. Even seemed to unnaturally wrap around the gate like vines. The mailbox simply was put on the gate had a red hand print covering the name. Was it red paint or dried blood ?

Bats 🦇 were always circling overhead as well. A cold chill crept up my spine. More over, none of this scared me. I looked at the gothic inspired estate. "두려워할 것 없어요," (There is nothing to fear,) I told myself that as I pushed the gate open.

There was no turning back now...

Once through, the gate eerily shut behind me. I should've wanted to run, to go back home. Instead, I walked to the front door. What I didn't see was the red eyes that followed me since I arrived at the gate. For I was too fascinated with looking around.

The gothic inspired estate that rivaled a castle was big. Each of the young vampires has a room to themselves. Heeseung, Jungwon, Niki, Jay, Sunoo, & Jake stayed in the West Wing. The North Wing consisted of the front door, kitchen, dining hall, and living room. The South Wing was used as a dungeon.

Sunghoon stayed in the East Wing of the house. He actually preferred being alone. The other vampires called him the "Prince Of Ice". He was most likely the vampire who had no issue with being volatile,  while the others remained indifferent. The door crept open on its own. Almost like I was expected to enter. With nothing to lose she entered the Lee estate.

Upon entering I was met with a pair of unnatural red eyes as the door shut behind me. "Ah !" I slightly yelled, clutching my heart. Who I think was Sunghoon, looked completely disturbed by my presence, "여긴 왜 왔어요? 여긴 사유지예요." (Why are you here ? This is private property.) To be honest, he smelt her blood. He was used to smelling human blood since it was crucial they live in this new world. However, he fed on animals. Human blood still had an intoxicating scent for the young vampires. 

"Sunghoon, right ? I remember seeing at the ice rink most days. You're a talented skater."  He wasn't flattered at all by my comment. In fact, I was now stuck. Either run or deal with Sunghoon. The house was very similar in color & decoration to Countess Moon' estate. "No answer ?" I couldn't exactly come out and say I was trying to gather information on them because I felt something was off about them. 

I was indeed speechless. Sunghoon bared his fangs & stared into my eyes, "자요." (Sleep.) My body went numb before my eyes closed. Her chest slowly rising and falling. Jungwon was closest to the North Wing. He rushed down the stairs to see Sunghoon staring at a sleeping Engene. "Hyung, what have you done ?"
