Essentially, Ink takes way too much of a vial (whether it's accidental or not is up to you), except it's right in the middle of a meeting with Error and Nightmare and his gang, and it's not one he would typically OD on (disgust, envy, anxiety, embarrassment, any emotion other than joy/excitement, love/lust, anger/hatred, sadness/despair, etc. I live to break the common tropes). The effects are... not fun.
By the way, if the emotion is more complex, he could be taking more than one vial. Like, a few extra sips from one and a few more from another instead of going all-out on one vial.
