Blue finally confronts Papyrus about everything. The control, the manipulation, the lies... He gets called a problem, a liar, and that he's all wrong in return. And Papyrus has shut down into a depressed, cold stone wall of a shell. Blue doesn't know which side of his brother hurts worse, but the names he was called and the words he was told sting like nothing he's ever felt before.
Blue had told Error and the Stars he was going to have this conversation, so they were semi-prepared. However, Error didn't expect Blue to crash into his anti-void bawling his sockets out and repeating all he'd been told. Error calls Ink and Dream over, and they, too, are absolutely livid once the story spills out. But they can't do anything because there's so much Papyrus could do to Blue as a consequence.
