Hera

"Is he asleep already?" Mrs. Cruz asked.

"Yes ma'am sorry for the trouble"

"Don't mention it. Beside your secret is safe with me" She winked and smiled empathetically.

After the announcement that Kyjie made, Dylan keep on asking if that was his daddy. Hindi ko siya nasagot hanggang sa umiyak siya, alam ko ang nararamdaman ng anak ko kanina pero sadyang natulala ako sa pangyayari. Who would thought na sa ganitong pagkakataon kami magkikita. I don't want to deprive my son by his father's love but earlier was just too furious and I couldn't decide what to do and for now, hindi ko pa alam kung anong susunod na gagawin if ever magkakaharapan na kami.

Dylan already fell asleep and I sat beside him caressing his forehead with strands of his black hair. Awang-awa na ako sa anak ko at hindi ko kayang nakikita siyang nasasaktan sa edad niyang ito, he's too young to sacrifice.

It was a long flight and up until now tulog parin si Dylan gumigising lang siya kanina pag naiihe at nagugutom. He didn't talk to me and I understand that.

Finally we already landed and we just waited for the announcement to end at inihanda na namin ang mga gamit namin para pababa. Hatak-hatak ko ang luggage ko at ang travel bag ni Dylan may travel tote bag din akong dala para sa mga essentials ni Dylan.

"Baby wake up na. We're here already" I patted his shoulder gently and he slowly opened his eyes.

"Mom lift me" He's still sleepy and he's rubbing his eyes with his fingers.

"Mom's hand is full baby" He looked at me, without any word he stood up but I know he want lift pero wala akong magawa kasi puno ang kamay ko sa mga gamit namin.

"If you don't mind I'll lift your son?" Medyo nagulat ako sa biglaang pagsulpot ng isang lalaki galing sa likod ko. I knew him, he's one of us and he's part of Mrs. Cruz stuff. "Nathan, one of the models" Inabot niya saakin ang kamay niya kasi hindi ko siya nasagot kanina.

"Oh sorry. Uhm Her- He cut me off.

"Hesthea Raeleigh Villones, and everyone called you Hera. Yeah I'm a big fan" I parted my lips after hearing what he said. I think rookie pa lang siya since hindi ko siya gaano nakilala and he look so nice and approachable. "Can I lift your little man?"

Nagdadalawang isip akong tumango but looks like Dylan need his lift. "Sure..." Agad naman siyang lumapit kay Dylan and asking my son in a nice way.

Nilingon ako ni Dylan and I smiled while nodded. Nathan lift him and all of us made our way out of the plane.

The warm air of this country welcomed me first. The cacophony of people and engines distracted my ear and despite of anything, a wholesome feeling throbbing my heart. It feels like home.

"Okay listen up. Gather all here" Back to reality. Mrs. Cruz clapping hands snapped me out. "We have our private van na maghahatid saatin sa hotel na binook ko kahapon so nothing to worry about." Mrs. Cruz announced and everyone agreed to it except me.

"Uhm ma'am if it's okay na sa pinsan ko nalang kami tutuloy ng anak ko. Hindi naman masyadong malayo sa hotel and I can manage to drive earlier to catch up with you everyday" I explained and everyone's eyes on me.

Mrs. Cruz smile at hinaplos ang balikat ko "Sure darling. As long as you both are comfortable" I smiled and thanked her.

Sa katunayan lang ay hindi pa alam ni Shaira na umuwi ako with Dylan even the rest of the girls. Hindi ko naman din alam baka' may flight sila.
