Skills: Masterful handling of firearms, master in hand to hand combat, crafting, inventing, intimidation, hacking, lockpicking, stealth and sneaking, expert with explosives, parkour, mechanic, first aid and medic skills.

Powers: Izuku was near death, in an attempt to save his live the Mistress of Mystery successfully created her own version of the super soldier serum. The serum saved his life but changed him, he gained the ability to breath under water (based on the waterboy perk in Fallout 4) , his bones became much nearly like iron (based on the adamantium perk in Fallout 4) and he could see in the dark (based on the Night Person perk in Fallout 4) he gained superhuman endurance, perception and agility, his strength grew to the level of a strongman (he can lift aroun 600 kg), he also gained a small healing factor (the same as Captain America has).

Costume: For those who played Fallout 4 and listened to the Silver Shroud Stories in the radio know that his suit is not only stylish but that it also has some little suprises in it. He also will wear a mask.
