"Are you sure we should go out? Your friend literally just passed away.." You whispered to Mitsuya while you braided your hair in the mirror. He hesitated to answer. "I'd like to forget that ever happened." He fixed his oversized sweatshirt and looked around for Luna and Mana. "You can't forget things that you experienced firsthand, Takashi." He gave you a side eye and kneeled to put Luna and Mana's hair in a bun. "It's better to keep moving on, y/n. Grieving for too long will only be worse." You looked away and helped him tie their hair. "Shouldn't you at least meet up with other members? To you know, discuss things."

"There's nothing to discuss, y/n. It's better if I spend my time with the people that make me happy. Of course I won't forget Baji, but that's not a reason for me to not spend my time with you." He stood up after he was done, you following every move he made. "If it's better for you, then." You were wearing an unzipped navy blue hoodie, with a white shirt inside, paired with navy blue sweatpants. "So, should we head out now?" You looked around and saw Hakkai in a white tee and black corduroys, playing with Luna and Mana. Yuzuha on the other side had a black oversized pullover with wide leg denim pants, fixing her hair.

"Sure." Yuzuha replied and stepped ouy the house. You couldn't stop them. There was no point of doing it, eitherway. "Alright, where should we head first?" Hakkai kept quiet and Mitsuya was leading almost everything. "Just pick whatever you want, we'll pay." Yuzuha offered as she passed you the menu, she had cute rings on her fingers. "It's okay, I can pay as well." You offered, feeling bad for letting them pay for everything. "It'll be better if we split bills, wouldn't it?" Mitsuya suggested as he went through the menu with Luna and Mana. "What are you having?" Yuzuha asked Hakkai, who was nervously going through the menu. Nothing caught your eye, really. Nothing looked delicious. Mitsuya eyed you while he helped his sisters with the menu, watchig you flick through the pages.

"Found anything you like?" Mitsuya asked, keeping his distance short between you. Your shoulders were touching and your foreheads were inches from clashing. "Well, no. Not really." You showed him the menu as well, proving that you've looked through every page. "I'll eat what you eat." He placed his hand above your thighs, slightly surprising you with the act of reassurance. "There's really nothing that I like, Takashi.." You whispered. "Do you not like them, or do you not want to eat in the first place?" He asked you with a worried look. Oh wow, he knew you so well. You kept quiet and continued searching. "Why not we have this?" He pointed to a noodle dish that had shrimp beautifully placed around them. "What's that?"

"No idea. Looks good though." He laughed, making you smile. His stupid ideas and answers that led to nowhere but your mouth curving upwards. "Let's have this, alright?" He wrote down the code for the food on the piece of paper, and passed it to Yuzuha. "What are they having?" You pointed towards Luna and Mana. "Chicken nuggets." He smiled and softly pat Mana's hair. "That's nice." You nodded and looked at Yuzuha who went and placed the order. "What if it tastes bad?" You whispered jokingly into Mitsuya's ears. "I bet it won't." He laughed back, ringing into your ears. You felt so comfortable around him, as if a floral circle was protecting you from every harm.

Everyone finished their meals. Luna and Mana were incredibly full, and Mitsuya is just cleaning up after them. Yuzuha was paying the bills with you, while Hakkai was already waiting outside. "Should we go to the grocery store and grab some stuff before we head to the mall?" Yuzuha asked, Hakkai walking by her side. You had Luna and Mana in your hands while being beside Mitsuya. "Do we need anything?" Mitsuya asked before barging in without a reason. "Not really." "Then let's not." Mitsuya suggested and continued walking. "Are you alright there?" He asked, seeing you struggling to control the kids. "Yeah, don't worry."

               He probably did worry. He kept eyeing you as you walked, giving your full attention to Luna and Mana. "We're here. Where should we go first?" Yuzuha looked around and flipped her hair that was disturbing her eyesight. "I wanna get some fabrics. So mind accompanying me to the textile store?" Mitsuya looked at you with a cheeky smile. "Only me?" You pointed at yourself. "Yeah, I'd like it if it's just the two of us." Mitsuya winked subtly and faced the store. "Yuzuha, you're not coming?" You asked, slightly flustered by Mitsuya's acts. "Gotta take care of the kids." Hakkai was already entertaining them. No choice but to follow Mitsuya. "I'm coming, Takashi."

                  You followed him into the store and watched him lightly touch the fabric and nodding. No idea what's going on in his mind, but every move he made seemed animated. He felt surreal. Perfect figure and graceful movements. You can't believe that he felt the same way despite you being nothing but a random teen with a behaviour of isolating yourself when you needed someone the most. "This would look beautiful on you." He was holding a pale sea green satin fabric and placing it close to you. "Yeah I'm getting this." He immediately decided after looking at you up and down, with the piece in his hands. "I also need some chalk to be honest." He looked around whilst eyeing other fabric. "Anything that catches your eye?" He asked while turning his face to you, which somehow startled you. "No, not really." Then your eye met with a white chiffon piece that interested you. "Hmm?" He asked as he saw you walking towards it.

"That would look so good with the one I have with me at the moment." He raised his hand that held the fabric and smiled widely. You nodded, agreeing even though you have no i dea what he meant. "Hey, come here." You followed him further into the shop, looking through everything. He pulled you in and pulled one of the fabrics up to cover the both of you before pulling you in for a deep kiss; which kind of lasted longer than you would have expected. His other hand held the back of your head, pushing it closer to him. He pulled away breathless, looking at you in the eye with a smile slowly forming.

                 "Phew, didn't know I missed it that much."
