There was more than a thousand hate comments on Amelia's phone. She could only wish it was all a joke - or, that she was exaggerating -, but, in reality, there was nothing she could do without attracting comments of the worst kind.
The reason being that she finally admitted having a relationship with Vinnie Hacker. His fans were a bit much possessive, so, ever since everything was announced, Amelia wouldn't stop getting more and more hate - she even got some death threats, it was scary.
She was used to getting hated on already. Being the second most followed girl on TikTok had it's disadvantages, like people saying she didn't deserve what she had achieved. But, it was a completely harmless hate and, with Vinnie, it bothered her a lot.
There was nothing she could do, though. Amelia wouldn't break things off with her boyfriend, whom she had a secret relationship for one year, just because of his fans. It wasn't a possibility, at all.
And, well, she'd go through that with her boyfriend, so it was fine.
