I've wondered...
If I died, would you cry
Or notice I was even gone?
Would you wonder,
where that girl went or
if I left for good?
Was it was just a phase?

When I would disappear,
from your eyes
because you didn't want to see
me anymore.
Would you silently apologize
for all the mistakes we made
or maybe whisper to my ghost
At night, that you loved me all along
because you knew
that I was dead
And never coming back?

So it didn't matter, what you said
As long as you admitted it to yourself
and was able to handle your own
Lies and truths
