When he was at the age of two...

Raziel succumbed into an incredible pain unknown of where it came from. The only thing he knew was the fact that it hurt like hell and he could not do anything about it.

Then suddenly, in his mind, the pain was gone.

The very second the two year old dragon opened his reptilian eyes, he saw himself somewhere unfamiliar.

He was no longer injured or in the battlefield.

--kid, you're at your first phase of awakening your attribute.

Those were the last words he could hear in his mind and everything turned quiet.

Awakening an attribute.

It's already time for him.

A gigantic creature stood before him majestically.

The posture was mighty, the skins were strong and shined through the sunset on the edge of the cliff between the two mountains.

Raziel knew this was going to be his older self. Just like in Raon's growth phase when Blain read it on the novel.

He thought: maybe he should run too. But then again, why would he?

His small red dragon body stood a few yards away from the mountainous red dragon who remained motionless. Green sharp reptilian eyes stared at the hatchling blankly.

This is the creature he was supposed to defeat. This great creation, his future self.

Raziel couldn't help but feel like his heart is about to burst from fear. But why fear something he was going to become? Because this creature... is just like his old past.

However, this might take long. Even he himself could not understand himself so he could only stare at the creature blankly. His brain was functioning like he was typing a generated code or reciting the periodic table. Although it's that easy to think, what's not easy was to analyse.

What should he do?

He blinked. The surrounding suddenly changed into something more familiar.

The earth. His earth. Destroyed and unsavable. The dragon was still in his face looking at him and Raziel felt like he was less small.

He looked down and saw two pair of white shoes, white pants, white buttoned shirt and white lab gown. A silver pen was pinned on the pocket of his chest and he seemed to be wearing his golden rimmed glasses.

Everything about it was clean. His clothes were always neat but those clothing held a psychological remnant of blood. Blood that was caused by his mass murder weapons.

Am I supposed to beat him in this form?

This thin body? Fight? Well that sounds funny.

Once again, Raziel felt a bit helpless. As his former self, Blain, stared up at the dragon, he couldn't help but feel odd.
