Manik looked up at Nandini who was anxiously waiting for him to reply

"I di—" as manik was about to speak but the door opens making a noise and cutting him off, Nandini and him both look towards the door as few police officers enter with Aditya leading in the front. He looks at Nandini and manik and knew instantly what was going on but he really wanted Nandini away from this.

"Time is over mrs Nandini you need to leave" Aditya speaks, Nandini looks over to manik waiting for him to answer somehow but he looks away

"Mrs Nandini I need you to leave" Aditya's voice raises as he repeats again. Nandini looks at him and then takes a glance at manik before leaving and closing the door behind.

Aditya walks over to manik and sits in front of him starting the interrogation "so Mr manik Malhotra whatever I ask you I need straight answer don't try to act smart warna tumhe Pata hi hoga yaha pe Kya hota hai"

Manik looks at him remembering his bitter past, Aditya starts asking him questions.

Nandini goes straight to her car where Karan was standing "Nandini Kya hua?" He asks her

"I need to go somewhere maine driver se car manga li hai for you but I need this car right now" Nandini looks up at him

"Lekin kaha?" Karan asks him

"Na toh Tum mujhe Kuch bata rahe ho na manik but I need my answers and I know how to get them" Nandini looks at him, karan moves away as she sits in the car and drives off

On the other hand adityas questions kept coming "did sohail work with you and how long?" Aditya asks him

"I thought this was all about the kidnapping case" manik taunts Aditya

"Jitna poocha jaye utna jawab do"

"I don't remember" manik simply says

Aditya gets angry "what the fuck do you mean you don't remember?! Woh kaam toh tumhare liye hi karya tha na"

"Yes but there's so many like him I don't remember" manik rolls his eyes

"Right so Bas aise hi maar diya usse?" Aditya looks up at him

"I did not fucking kill him okay? Kitni baar bata chuka hu" manik was getting angry now

"Ay watch that tone with me, mein koi tumara nokar ya aadmi nahi hu I have an authority here don't forget that" Aditya says sternly

"I'm only tolerating this because of nand—" manik stops and looks down realising what he was going to say, Aditya looks up at him.

"What about Nandini?" Aditya asks him, manik looks away "I said what about Nandini?!" Aditya shouts but this still doesn't make manik open his mouth

"Don't drag Nandini in to this" Aditya speaks again

"I am not dragging her Tum laa rahe ho, maine mana kiya tha usse yaha pe aane ke liye but you head of this police station overruled my wish" Manik rolls his eyes

"She was being stubborn" Aditya replies, manik looks at him "I know but keep her away from this"

"Are you serious? Yeh Tum keh rahe ho tumhare wajah se hi she's in all this tumne jo usse forcefully shaadi ki I don't know for what reason Lekin jo bhi she's starting to feel for you warna Nandini jo Itna kar rahi hai tumhare liye she wouldn't" Aditya explains to him, manik looks away he already knew what was going on but he felt the same too which is why is chose to ignore it.

"If you really want to keep her out of this then divorce her, leave her usse chodh do because tumhare saath toh usko Yeh sab hi dekhna padega" Aditya continues, manik knew he was right somewhere as nandini would never be safe with him due to what he does.
