Nandini stops hearing her name, a smile grew on her face hoping that manik has finally realised and would stop her.

Manik takes a deep breath and walks near her "don't go" he says, Nandini turns around immediately hearing that almost jumping in excitement

"Wait you don't want me to go?" Nandini looks at him

"Yes don't go, not now I mean abhi jaana safe nahi hai" manik says, the smile on Nandini's face slowly wipes away

"What? What do you mean safe nahi hai?" Nandini questions him

"I mean abhi bahar nikal na—"

"Manik, abhi subhe ka time hai it's not like it's night or anything so" Nandini says, she felt sad as even this time he didn't say anything. She once again turns around to leave but manik grabs her hand and pulls her towards him again which hurts her wrist as she looks up at him with painful eyes.

"Manik what are you doing"

"Did you not hear what I said! You are not going anywhere!" Manik shouts

Nandini was losing patience now, she was getting annoyed with manik beating around the bush and not saying what he wanted to say

"You can't tell me what to do" Nandini jerks his hand away in anger "I'm going to leave!"

"You are staying!" Manik shouts

"I'm not staying!" Nandini shouts back

"YES YOU ARE"

"NO IM NOT" Manik grabs her hand again and takes her away from the door, Nandini was in the process of trying to get rid of her hands from his grip but she failed, he was too strong for her.

"What is wrong with you manik leave me!" Nandini says in frustration

"Maine kaha na abhi nahi jaa sakti Tum! We haven't divorced yet" Manik replies

"Just shut up! We? Is there even a we between us manik Kyunki it seems like it's only you in this relationship! Shaadi karna toh tumhara decision, mere paas aana bhi tumhara decision tha, uss din airport par mujhe akela chodhna bhi tumhara decision tha, mujhe wapas Lana bhi tumhara decision tha Aur aaj phir mujhko kudh se door karna bhi tumhara decision hai!" Nandini vents it out

Manik slowly lets go of her hand, he has honestly never seen Nandini like this "what are you saying"

"You exactly know what I'm saying manik, when I was shot did you not tell karan ki tum mujhe kudh se dur karna hai because you did not want me to be involved in all this? Bolo manik tumne karan se yeh kaha tha ma?!" Nandini shouts

Manik looks at her blinking multiple times, he couldn't deny it because it was all true "Nandini it's because I wanted to protect you"

Manik was about to hold her arms but Nandini jerks his hand away again "don't touch me!"

"The first solution that came in to your mind is ki hum alag ho jaye? Without even talking to me without even thinking how hurt I would be by you doing all this" Nandini looks at him in anger and this time she wasn't even crying she was just frustrated

"Kitni aasani se keh diya let's divorce, do you even know manik agar mujhe pehle se yeh sab nahi Pata hota I would literally be broken Kyunki main toh yahi samajhti that you just don't want to be with me" Nandini vents, manik was slowly starting to understand her point of view

"Maine pehle be tumse kaha tha agar mujhe takleef hogi I will deal it with it as long as I'm with you" Nandini softens up saying the last few words
