Chapter 30: The Legislation

Harry's POV:

When I apparated from my room to the Ministry I quickly made my to the Department of Mysteries, I then opened the door to the Wizengamot room, and saw that everyone is there chatting and discussing things that made the room buzz of sounds. I took a seat at my seat and waited for the Minister to start.
The sound of the gavel then echoed and everyone stopped talking and the room got quiet quickly.

"Today, one of our Wizard or Witch, will pass a law. Let us hear it. Bring them in, or rise." Minister Bones said, then Lord Malfoy rose from his seat.
"I'll pass a law about the school curriculum." Lucius said
I got really confused on what he said, this did not happened no curriculum had changed back then. I then opened my mind link to Em and said
'Em this did not happened before. What is happening?' I said
'Hadrian in this universe everything outside your first timeline will change, but everything in your inside life will not change unless you want to, or you change it.'
'Oh, that is quite exciting, I guess I better pay attention on what is going on outside my life huh.' 
'Yup, you do. Now pay attention, that legislation Malfoy is passing is important, because it will come to this life now.' 
'Fine.'
I then closed my connection to Em and payed attention on Malfoy
"... As I said we need to add more subjects to the curriculum because Hogwarts is only teaching about their supposed jobbed in the future, and not in life." Malfoy ended
"My fellow Wizengamot members, why don't we discuss this, Mr. Malfoy why don't you take a seat, and in a couple of moments we'll vote." Minister Bones said

"Sirius what subject does he wanna add?" I asked Sirius
"Oh, he want to add Pure-blood etiquette, and Ancient magic." Sirius said
"Well, why pass it here, not in the School Governors?" I asked
"Are you not paying attention?" Sirius said with a hard voice
"I'm talking to Em, because I just realized this did not happened in my first life." I said
"Ok. Well because of Ancient Magic it consist of blood ritual and other forms of magic. Now since Fudge isn't the minister, Amelia isn't prejudice and she accepts all." Sirius said
"Huh, I didn't know Malfoy got a brain." I said and scoffed
"Well Malfoy, wanted to bring back all the curriculum Hogwarts had, that have been removed." Sirius
"Oh, that's good. Well I'm agreeing." I said and I saw Sirius nod.

"I see that everyone has now discussed. Please raise your hand if you agree." Amelia said and ⅙ of the room didn't raise their hands, almost all of them are light and Dumbledores followers.
"Well, it is decided. We can't adjust the curriculum right now, but next school year we will add this subjects. Dismissed." Amelia said and slammed his gavel. We rose from our seats and walked out of the room with Sirius.

"Sirius let's go to the manor first." I said while we are walking and he nodded. We reached the atrium and headed to the near floo and flooed to the manor. When I landed on the manor, I cleared my robe from dist quickly and stepped away from the network and took a seat. Sirius then appeared and did the same.
"So how's school?" Sirius started
"Well, I'm not going home for Christmas this year, I have something to do. But Sirius I need you to do something for me." I said

"What is it?" Sirius said seriously
"I'm gonna need you to teach one of those classes Malfoy is gonna add, I need you at school Sirius. You need to get a job by my Fourth year." I said
"Alright I think I can do that. What are you planning?" Sirius said
"Not today Sirius, Fourth year after the last task all of us are gonna talk. I mean all of us, we'll recruit too. Our side needs to win." I said almost letting my magic out.
"Alright, chill there pup."Sirius said
"Sirius, I'm gonna go now, it's almost night and I have to see if Draco and the others have told Hermione about me." I said getting up.
"You haven't told her?" Sirius asked
"Not yet, and I left it with the group to handle. Ugh I'm a bad friend." I said, while removing my glamour and changed my robe.
"No you are not a bad friend. Well, yes, but besides at least you let someone tell her. Talk to her. I think tomorrow, because I think she wanna be alone first." Sirius said
"Now go, you need to be with your friends." Sirius said
"Thanks Sirius." I said
"Anytime pup." Sirius said and I flooed to my room, and saw them waiting.

"I'm a bad friend am I." I said and took a seat
"No you are not." Draco said
"I made you guys tell her about me and not me telling her." I said
"Yeah, it's because your not ready but she needed to know about you sooner and you know that." Daphne said.
"Thanks guys. What did she do? How did she react?" I asked them
"Well, she's incredibly calm, but I know she's shocked. And she said she wanted to be alone for now." Em said
"You should talk to her tomorrow." Pansy added.
"Yeah I should. Well it's time to go to dinner why don't we go head to the hall now." I said and all agreed.

We walked to the hall without bus speaking, we ate dinner without talking until we we're going to head to bed. There we bid our goodnights and headed to our quarters and slepth through the nights.
