Liam's POV

"I can't believe Derek let you have coffee." I laughed, watching Lydia shake her head at Styles as he held up yet another wolf themed baby item.

He was practically shaking with energy and even though I agreed with Lydia, I had to admit, this was a lot of fun.

Definitely what I've been needing.

A shopping trip was turning out to be just what I needed to get my mind of things.

Plus, I was finally getting the things we really needed before the pup arrived.

I was anxious to say the least, but I felt okay. I really did. I had my pack around me and all the fears I had before were slowly melting away.

I just planned on having fun, and not even thinking about the past 2 months.

Just the now, and the pup.

I gasped suddenly, moving my hand to my stomach. Everyone else stopped too and looked at me worried.

Lydia was at my side immediately, genlty helping me sit down. "Liam, what's wrong? Are you okay? Is it the pup?"

I laughed causing her to raise a confused eyebrow at me. "Liam-?"

I grabbed her hand, placing it where mine had been. She still stared confused till she felt a tiny thump.

Her eyes widened and she put her other hand on bump as well. "Is that- is that the pup?" She looked up at me, a huge smile on her face.

I nodded excitedly. "Yeah. I joke with Theo that were gonna have a gymnast on our hands. Always moving around and kicking."

Lydia laughed happily before Stiles moved next to me. "Hey, come on, uncle Stiles wants to feel too." He placed his hand next to Lydia's, but the pup stopped.

I made a face, glancing down at my stomach before looking at Stiles. "That's wired...that's never happened before. Normally, more attention means more movement, not less."

Stiles pouted a little and moved back. "Oh...well, thats-thats okay. I feel next time." He shot me a small smile before helping me stand up again.

I knew he was upset about it, but he just went right back to shopping.

I sighed a little as Isaac walked beside me. "Maybe it's a wearwolf thing. Stiles is human, maybe the pup just doesn't...recognize him yet."

I glanced at him while I thought over the idea. "Oh, maybe...I just know how excited he is and...well, if that's the case, you'd better recognize your uncles Stiles pretty soon, little on."

I carresed my stomach, rubbing gentle circles on both sides. The pup kicked again and I couldn't help but laugh. "He loves you so much, little one. Just give him a chance."

I felt another kick and sighed happily, following Lydia over to the baby blankets.

Theo's POV

"I want this to be perfect for him, Scott. Everything- it has to be perfect."

We had only just gotten back to mine and Liam's apartment after meeting with Deaton and I had decided to suprise Liam and ask him to marry me when he got back from his shopping trip.

Scott had happily offered to help and was currently helping me put up a few party favors left over from what was supposed to be our anniversary party when- well, you know.

Since Lydia had helped Liam plan it, the decorations were really nice. Some streamers and balloons, but also some candles and a list of romantic music.

I wasn't sure I'd use all of it, but at least the candles and music. Although, Scott insisted on putting a few streamers over the door.

I had to admit it did look nice.

"It will be, Theo. If for no other reason then you'll be the one proposing. I have no doubt Liam will say yes. No matter what the place looks like."

He chcukled and patted my shoulder. I couldn't help but agree and nodded. "Yeah, you're right. Thanks for helping me, Scott. Really."

He turned, looking at me with his arms crossed. "Of course, Theo. I'm here for both of you. You're my pack. My family."

He gave me the most genuine smile I'd ever seen and I'd be lieing if I said I didn't feel like crying at least a little.

He just grinned. "Go get changed and I'll finish up in here. Isaac said they'd be home in about thirty minutes."

I took a deep breath, steadying my nerves as I nodded. "Right. Okay." I just smiled widly and turned, heading to mine and Liam's room.

I was scared and excited at the same time. Like Scott had said, there was no doubt that he'd say yes, but I was still nervous.

I wanted to propose months ago, but after everything's that happened, I knew Liam wasn't in the right mind set and it seemed unfair to put more pressure on him.

After talking with Scott and then Deaton, I felt sure this is what I needed to do now.

I almost lost Liam once and even though he was mine then, he wasn't mine.

I couldn't bare the thought of losing him if something else happened without him knowing that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.

I wasn't going to let this, or let him slip through my fingers again.

I know it's short. I'm soooorrry...but I was finally able to get a chapter out for this story. It may just be a filler, but I hope it'll get you excited for the next few.
